Using Black Zetsu Cells for the changing of my character's build. He shall become Uchiha instead of clanless with a stat point total of 200 upon the approval of this. The calculated refund for the entire stat page rests at 150k even. I will post another post in the stat page after this is approved to begin the filling of the stat page once more.
