A Simple Letter

He was in a rush, but he did want to have Viper show up at the event of taking over Iwagakure no Sato, if at the very least so that Viper and Zachariah could actually speak to one another face to face and make sure there would be no more talks of attacking Konohagakure no Sato. With his desire to get revenge on Konohagakure no Sato having quelled this wasn't such a tough decision. He made his word usage within the letter more simple and to the point, but he stressed the need for Viper to make the trip to Iwagakure.

"Viper Uchiha, this is the Raikage Kurisu. There are important events happening rather quickly and so I need you to meet me at Iwagakure, there will be a man by the name of Zachariah who is leader of Skyscraper Village. He can be trusted, and I assure you no attacks will happen against you."

With the letter ready, he attached it to a trained messenger hawk and sent the hawk on its way to the Hokage's office to drop off the letter.

Viper receives the letter, he reads over it and agrees to meet them there, he closes his eyes softy feeling out Kurisu's chakra with his STM ready to appear at his side, Viper's form blurs and swirls as he vanishes to prepare within his STM dimension.
