Kōmori realized he did not have much options left, and began contemplating reforming. Having witnessed both of his opponents’ speed beforehand, he was not eager to leave his puddle form, despite it putting a strain on his body. He decided he would wait her out as well, until it meant that he would eventually pass out due to the strain of maintaining his hydrification technique. The pet bear had disappeared elsewhere. Kōmori began testing the limits of his hydrification and attempted to shape the puddle into a more human form, which would allow him to be able to maneuver much quicker when he fully reformed back to his normal state.

Seeing as this new form took shape, Beafōsu knew what might happen. Solidifying from a bipedal state would provide much more movement capabilities than a puddle. So she knew that Kōmori was up to something. Waizu also saw this and did was she felt was easiest. Jumping from tree to tree, she traversed to the tree closest to the lake. Waizu readied her claws, and Beafōsu unsheathed her claws. Still, anything was possible and there was no point in taking risks. This ability was very good and could be amazing in the future, so she always had to be on high alert.

Komori was rather discomforted by the fact that Beafosu and her bear were guarding him so closely. On the other hand, he was glad that it drew attention away from his injured brother, who was barely supporting himself at this stage in the spar. “Well,” Komori’s watery form said to Beafosu. His voice sounded drowned out but was understandable, despite the voice modulation. “I suppose there won’t be any reasoning here.” Without waiting for an answer, Komori reformed just his right arm back to normal, and swung a fist (7 strength and 16 Speed) at Beafosu in an attempt to catch her off guard and provide an opportunity to escape, prepared to revert his appendage back to water that would splash against her face.

Already anticipating something soon as she knew Kōmori was getting more and more exhausted every second in this state. It was why she disabled the Breathings. She need to stand. If she still had the Breathings enabled, she would've passed out by now. She was conservative, and knew her limits. Which is something she saw as a useful skill for any shinobi in any situation. Seeing the punch swing at her, and with her superior speed, she was easily able to grab the flying arm coming towards her and then dealt a clawed stroke right under the elbow at 22 speed and 20 sharpness.

Komori realized too late that she would be able to hit him, and attempted to reform his arm back to water, only to still be hit. He had materialized long enough to allow himself to become injured. The pain broke his concentration and allowed his entire body to reform back to his normal state, as he fell to the ground, kneeling on his knees and clutching his newly earned injury. He became aware that he was not able to run due to how exhausted he had begun to feel as the fight dragged on.

Once she saw that her strike was successful, plan B was ready to be played out. Looking at where Waizu was positioned, she did a quick nod. This told Waizu that it was time to finish this. Waizu started to run and jumped off the tree with enough momentum for a passing fang, before it reached Kōmori, Beafōsu did two more strikes to the stomach at 22 speed and 20 Strength before jumping out of the way for Waizu’s Passing Fang to hit at 35 speed and 37 strength directly in the back.

As soon as the first hit struck, Komori had the breath knocked out of him. Once the second strike hit, he gasped in an attempt to intake more air, but was not able to breathe as effectively as usual. Just when he thought the attacks were over, the bear pet of Beafosu launched itself towards Komori, who was unable to get out of the way in time. The bear hit Komori with such blunt force that Komori was knocked forwards, feeling too weak to even extend his arms out to catch himself from falling. With his last moments of consciousness, Komori looked up to see Komon still lying against that tree, and thought to himself, Dammit. He blinked his eyes, fighting off the sheer exhaustion he felt. Sorry that I couldn’t do more, Komon, was his last thought as he passed out.

Seeing Kōmori fall, she knew that he was done for. Now she just had to make sure she had one. Walking into the surrounding woods, she saw the lying figure, almost identical to the one she just knocked down. It was Kōmon. She saw two kunai next to him and decided that she better keep her distance. Going up into a tree, she spoke to the aching person below her. “So, do you give up. Or do you wanna be unconscious too?” She said, with a monotone voice.

Hearing this voice, Kōmon slowly lifted his head up, trying his hardest to not hurt his...well his everything. The pain had put him in such an exhausted state, and he was barely able to comprehend what his opponent had said. After a moment to think, he registered what she had said. “I have no other choice at the moment do I?” He said with a faint grin, coughing in between every few words. His smile faltered as he lowered his head and started to cry. “If I can’t beat a simple genin and get knocked back with one hit.” He was starting to yell now. “Then I won’t amount to anything in life! Won’t be able to save any of my friends, won’t even be able to save my brother! And worst of all, I’ll never be able to find the ninja who killed my mother.” Getting those last words out seemed to physically hurt him, and without any energy at all, he kept his head lowered and passed out against the tree, unable to continue.

Hearing the bloodied ally in front of her speak like this even made her tear up. She knew what it was like to no longer be able to have access to her family. Sure they weren’t killed in front of her, but her own family had banished her from their home. But that’s what motivated her. She used it as a basis to get stronger, to somehow prove her parents that one action doesn’t define you. Scanning the battlefield, she returned all the kunai and such to their owners. Picking up the twins and having Waizu holding Kamina, she returned all three boys to their houses, hoping to form an even greater relationship later.
