The Letter
Sun Oct 06, 2013 9:26 pm
After the sending of one letter, Kaede had decided upon sending out another. He picked a village at random, which turned out to be one that was not in fact a village that was considered 'major'. This was quite a good thing for Kaede, as it would probably be easier to get a decent relationship with them than that of a major village. So that was the reason that he had sent out a letter to the village of Takigakure.
Sup To whom it may concern,
Greetings, my name is Kaede Uzumaki. I am currently the leader of the village known as Shimagakure, and I am sending out this letter to you the leader of Takigakure for a rather simple reason. That reason is of course diplomacy. I wish to establish a relationship between the two of our villages. I believe that this relationship will come to benefit both our villages and ourselves. I am willing to discuss things further, you are free to chose to accept this offer or refuse. If you accept then you may decide upon where this discussion will take place. I look forward and hope to hear from you soon.
Kaede Uzumaki
Leader of Shimagakure.
The hand writing of the letter was quite scruffy, after all Kaede wasn't used to having to write so much in such short bursts. It was for that reason that he debated on getting a scribe in order to write these letters for him as he sent off the letter to the village of Takigakure.

The letter arrived, in a timely fashion, upon the desk of Saiga. He would read it carefully following the scruffy hand writing of the apparent village leader of Shimagakure. He had already been planning on traveling for diplomatic reasons, so he would not refuse for he had been planning this for days already. Its just that he did not expect to be reached out to first. He opened a drawer next to him and removed a single pen, with this he began his reply.
Kaede Uzumaki,
I Saiga, accept your generous request, on the behalf of my village it would be a pleasure to meet you and establish a relationship between our villages. If you do not dispute, I would like to take this meeting to your location, Shimagakure.
Saiga,
Leader of Takigakure
With a simple, yet flawless, response Saiga would finish his reply. He would set the letter in line to be hauled off towards the leader of Shimagakue.

The letter arrived a few hours after being sent. Kaede was at this time still sat within his own chambers when he was informed of its arrival. Showing a surprising amount of enthusiasm he took the letter and read through the contents of it rather rapidly. He hummed to himself as he finished with the reply. A small grin graced his features and he gave a few short orders to the messenger. A letter of confirmation was sent back confirming the location of the meeting to be Shimagakure. With the letter sent out Kaede then went about the business of preparing. He had much to plan, after all he needed to have the village give off a good impression if there were to be important visitors.
