The jutsu claims with WC generated from this topic look alright. Two things, though:

-To my knowledge, the character is not maxed stats making them eligible to claim 28 stats alongside the jutsu you learned.

-Per the rules, banked WC expenditure must be done on the character's stat page, not the topic itself. So the remaining 674 from the bank for Perfect Body and the 2,500 towards Sacred Spear have to be submitted separately there and then approved.

I appreciate you catching and alerting me to the almost missed opportunity of grabbing some stat points, as well as reminding me of an aspect that slipped my mind regarding the WC Bank.
