What it does: The user uses their training and innate control over their body to clear themselves of negative effects. When this technique is activated, any stat check, damage over time effect, poison, or other deleterious effect on the caster's body is overcome and ended. Of course, this technique's Power must overcome that of the opposing effect's in order to accomplish this. In the case of debuffs and stat checks that take immediate effect on a failure, this technique must be used in direct response to the technique and cannot be used after the fact to reverse its effects once they've taken hold. If this technique successfully resists an effect, the technique used to apply it goes on cooldown.

If the user has access to a Fighting Style, they may use this technique with whichever stat that style focuses on.
