Righteous Past

Responsibility came in many forms for a Shinobi or even as your everyday person, some just tend to have to deal with more “unpleasant” things then the others. That was something that Jecht had to deal now that he had been appointed as Warden of the Konohagakure Prison, one of his many responsibilities that he was burdened with was patrolling the village and picking up any individuals within the Shinobi force that hadn’t been pulling their weight per say and place them in the prison to be dealt with later. He was also suppose to deal additional punishment to either the highest ranked person or strongest of the group if he came upon a group or if they happened to be all similar of strength or rank then to deal a punishment across all of the members of said group equally.
 
It was during one of his many patrols through the village that Jecht came upon a group of fellow Konohagakure Shinobis that from the records he could pull up from his Communication gauntlet hadn’t done much of anything in consideration for the village in quite some time. Looking over the information it was over three Shinobi by the names of Nagisa Honemushi, a Uchiha, Lynn Uchiha, another Uchiha and finally the one who would be receiving additional punishment Ichika Zukumiki another Uchiha clansman that had shown promise at one point. Jecht’s plan for the day was to arrest all three of the shinobis and put them into a cell within the Prison while the additional punishment for Ichika was to lose his eyes. A punishment that Lord Aokidanza was quite fond of dishing out to those with Dojutsus of all kinds.
 
“Another day and another bit of cleaning to do.” Jecht thought to himself as he came upon the group who was supposed to be on some patrolling but had never reported in at any of the check points.
 
Coming across the group which were all standing close to one another Jecht would first activate Ushitora Enhancement boosting his speed and strength by 80 each then do the needed handsigns for Hiding with Camouflage turning himself invisible before approaching the group any closer, now that he was invisible to the naked eye he dashed at the group at a speed of 150 and once he was within 5 meters he would gather lightning chakra in his arm and raise it above his head using the technique Blue Oni: Scatter. If he wasn’t deterred in doing any of these actions the technique would expand at 205 and cause anyone within the range of 35m to be paralyzed and unable to move if they didn’t have the strength to resist the technique.
 
While under going this plan Jecht was ready to make any adjustments in case the trio decided to try and run or interrupt him in his actions.
 
“You will be placed under arrest and detained in the Konohagakure Prison for the foreseeable future as ordered by Lord Aokidanza. Ichika Zukimiki You have been deemed lacking and as such will lose your eyes as additional punishment.” Jecht would say once everyone was paralyzed.

With the quick restraint of the three Shinobi Jecht made sure they wouldn't be able to run, now it was simply time to bring them back to the Prison. He did though make sure to remove the eyes of Ichika as instructed using a surgical scalpel that Jecht had picked up prior to the arrest specifically for this moment once that was finished,  Jecht had to do the needed handsigns, Bird - Boar - Dog - Dragon - Hare, to use the jutsu Healing hands to heal Ichika's eye sockets so that he didn't bleed out after the removal of his eyes. Upon completion Jecht would lead them back to the Konohagakure Prison where they would remain till Lord Aokidanza deemed otherwise.
