Backstory:
A long-standing tactic used by Shinobi worldwide is the capability to sense foreign sources of chakra nearby. Passively Shinobi can feel chakra in their immediate surroundings and extend their reach farther if they actively focus themselves. However, their feats will only go so far unless they intend on creating their jutsu variants.

Effect:
The user can sense forms of chakra not currently suppressed or capable of being sensed within a 5-meter radius of their position passively. Any chakra derived from a technique can be perceived without restriction within this surrounding although. Owners of this skill can actively sense chakra around them, bypassing the passive route's limitations and extending their reach to 10 meters in all directions of their position. This, in turn, comes at the cost of being unable to activate/upkeep any techniques aside from boosters or utilize AP during the same post.

Those with the Sensory specialty no longer need to sense chakra with restrictions actively, and this skill's passive range is increased to 20 meters around their person. Additionally, they can passively feel any chakra stat regardless of their own. Those with this skill can memorize chakra signatures for 2,000 words while they are in the chakra's presence to be learned. This 2,000-word requirement does not conflict with any training, but it must be claimed at the thread's end before it can be used.
