A Letter to the Leader

Sometime during the morning, a small parcel would be delivered to the Mizukage's office, with a simple letter in the form of a scroll attached. On the parcel, was the name "Daiko".

Inside of the parcel would be a Kirigakure Ninja's headband, along with a small shinobi ID with the information of a nameless shinobi of Kirigakure no Sato that had been missing for an indeterminate amount of time. 

If opened, the letter would read as follows.

Sitting at his office, the Mizukage would receive a letter from his assistant. He wasn't doing anything right this moment so he figured it wouldn't hurt to just have a look. Of course, since it was appearing on his desk, he already knew it was safe and secure for opening. Using a letter opener, he'd open it and glance over what was written. it was from that wanderer, Daiko giving him an update on the situation. It seems they've dispatched an unruly Kiri shinobi. The Mizukage just made a grunt of approval before putting the letter back into the envelope and putting it in his drawer.
