As they sipped tea together it was becoming much more clear that the bonds they shared transcended village titles and birth rights- there was a choice that had been made by the three shinobi to stand by each others side and continue to grow as shinobi to defend their current village as well as their former home. The response from Moose was quite different from the one that Raleth gave- the red haired uzumaki answered in a way that was empathetic and looked towards the future for everyone seated, while the answer given by his former sensei was rooted in disdain for the mist as well as anger and revenge. He seemed bent on the destruction of Kirigakure which was something he had never expressed to Zaine prior and while he could understand his anger he was bit troubled by the thought of his old sensei choosing to venture down a dark path.

He would raise his cup as Moose would toast and acknowledge that their meeting was coming to an end, he was happy that he had gotten the chance to spend some time with the two men and hoped that they would be able to d this again sometime in the near future. He understood that currently they were living in time of peace but this could change at any moment and the three of them would need to be ready tp protect the village and each other regardless of what is thrown their way. Placing his cup back on the table he would stand up without speaking to the other two and bow to them, signifying that he would be taking his leave- he would place his share of the ryo on the table and place a hand on the both of their shoulders, smiling and walking out of the tea shop as he had to meet with someone for a very special reason. He didnt want to discuss the details with either of them to avoid drawing suspicion to himself or the party that he was to meet with but he had been going through a large amount of changes and it was time that he updated his support system on these changes- the time would come where he would update Raleth himself on what had been going on with him lately but this would need to take place in a less conventional arena than a tea shop.

Raleth and Zaine both raised their glasses with Musu to toast the last drink of tea. Letting the remaining warm liquid pour down his throat gave him enough satisfaction to be happy and content. Leaving the other two ninja with a smile he would stand and leave his ryo for the sampler platter. Taking enough ryo to cover the bowl and almost doubling it, the Uzumaki would make sure that the server was taken care of.

The sun was nearly set when Musu walked out of the tea shop. He had spent an entire afternoon with first Raleth and then with Zaine. There was a real connection there, something that Musu hadn’t felt before, but the Uzumaki remained level headed about it. Walking the streets of Sunagakure and heading towards the grove he would contemplate what it was he said to both of them. He had to get stronger and he had to get stronger fast. What if he couldn’t help his friends when the time did come that he had to defend himself. What tools did he really have.

Arriving at the grove Musu would walk inwards to the area that started all of this. He went to what had become of the area in the grove that was destroyed by the spar he, Mizuki, and Raleth had. At first he was angry but then looking around at how beautiful the area turned out afterwards his heart started to warm.

There was some real power here in Sunagakure and Raleth showed it. But this also meant that there were others out there that were probably as strong as somebody like him ready to wreak havoc. Was his chakra chain technique and his limited power in the sealing arts really enough?

It wasn’t… Surely the technique was mediocre at best. It could defend himself in a pinch but really what other move could he use. He would have been destroyed by Raleth and probably Mizu too had it not been for him suggesting stopping the spar. At first, Musu was defeated by this reality. What really could he do with his sealing chains? How could he really develop them into something more powerful? Musu would contemplate his alone in the grove for some time.

But then after what seemed like hours Musu would go back to his conversation with Raleth and Zaine. How at the end he made a toast to get stronger. A single tear would drop down his scar blemished eye. And with determination he would launch out a single chakra chain into the ground beneath him. He would spend all night if he had to, he was going to figure something out right now.

Perhaps it was a little too much tea.
