Nike's widened with surprise. He was not expecting a full on barrage of attacks to come his way especially from someone who had graduated from the ninja academy at the same time as him. There was absolutely nothing he could do at this given moment in time. Even if the Nike activated his sharingan it would only lead to him feeling even more useless than what he did already.

Getting kicked in the mid section of his body was extremely painful for Nike. Getting kicked off his feet was embarrassing enough and his attempt to stand was even more pitiful. The realisation of him not even being able to do anything made him frustrated and angry, not at Puma but at himself. He had been doing nothing but 'play ninja' just as his mother told him. It goes back to just how he was unable to do anything as he watched his grandmother get killed.

He wanted to get stronger. No, he needed to get stronger. He needed the power to defeat all of those who stood in his way, so that he did not need to feel this weak again. Remembering what the jonin had said at his exam, Nike needed to find him and get him to teach him.

Although Nike, had managed to stand up and pull himself in to a stance, he just could not physically move anymore. Despite him activating his sharingan, it deactivated itself, causing the crimson to turn back to black. As he fell down to one knee, he put his hand up in a way that Puma knew he was finished. "I.. Im done.." Nike looked back up to Puma as he said this so that he understood that he could not continue anymore. 

Losing was something that really hit home with Nike, causing him to need to get stronger, needing the power to beat anything and anyone that stood in his way. Today was the start of the journey of him needing to find strength. Not trying to physically exert himself any more, Nike just collapsed with his back on the ground, watching the sky and the clouds turn around him. Nike wanted to know where and when Puma had learned such a technique, and he too would need to find a technique that he could use to beat him.

"Say.. Puma, who taught you that technique?"

I cannot approve the sharingan claim. The requirement of feeling 'Deep sorrow' hasn't been met. 

If you want to post 2k words soloing it you may do that. But you have feel deep sorrow for the tomoe to be unlocked. If you do the thread with another player you can unlock it without have to meet the wordcount requirement. I would also remind you that you can claim more than just 10 stats now that the rules for training have become more lenient. You can claim any tech that you're able to learn, or put the words toward something of a higher word count if you'd rather. I suggest you make full use of the 2k words.
