Confused as to why he rather preferred a nick name such as so, which Ganki decided to alter it, say, Golden Child, or CG, He went with it. He clenches his unshaken hand, but disregards it as it was his first time. HE would need to bring Mr. Raizuko up to speed on how things were done, he thought. But now, he savored the moment, acquiring his own medic, the possibilities Sakura Corporation could do with such experience. Though Mr. Raizuko wasn’t the best, it just left room for improvement, improvement that would follow Mr. Sakura’s will, and no other. He smiles, as he looked towards the door, eyeing the now laying door panel. The seal was broken, which he had placed before. “Such a jumpy guy, oh well, I guess it was about time I paid some sort of fee around here, since I never spent a dime on it to begin with”, he said, walking out of Apartment.

He eyed the bed, more so what was underneath it, the sword, and the broken shards of the old Anbu mask which he used to don. All of this, this progress, was to take back what was his, his home.

Before he left, he extended his right hand outward, placing it in front of the entrance to his apartment. However, feeling a bit paranoid, he marked the inside of is apartment with a FTG, placing it inside on top of the entrance to the house, just above the door frame. He stepped out and stuck the same hand out once more, and expelled his chakra, sealing the entrance once more.

I could be too sleepy, but I don't think I see much actual training here. If you were to add on some extra wc at the end with training, and combine it with some of the initial WC from before, I would be happy to (trial) approve that though.
