Interesting... so, Maku was here, too? Now, that wasn't really a surprise. He hadn't expected him to break away from Youka, who presumably wasn't there at all. He tended to make quite the impression wherever he went, so he doubted that he was here. Hmm... but Maku was an interesting factor. He had seen him upon his entrance to Hoshi, but didn't think that he'd actually joined the village. It had just seemed that he was waiting for some of the pilgrims that were in that group. Hmm... this would make things more difficult. He wanted to avoid an encounter with Maku at all costs.
"I'm... acquainted with Maku. The other two, however, are unknown to me." He mused... Akihana was a female name, which meant that the man he had fought in the village could very well have been this "Denkiteki" that Kyo mentioned. Well then... that was interesting.
"If this 'Denkiteki' was indeed the one who I met before, then he is the one with wood release. He also has a lightning nature... fascinating."
It was then that Kyo asked him about his own background. He didn't want to reveal too much, of course, but...
"I'm a medical nin from Iwa. I was there when the village was destroyed and have been wandering since, seeking knowledge."

Kyofu only stared at Kozai as the man answered his questions. He himself had realized that Kozai probably was not trying to reveal to much of himself seeing as he just said that he was a medical ninja from Iwa when they first met. However what Kyo didn't know was that the man was there before the great village was destroyed. Ashame that a village such as Iwa's status was destroyed as the Akatsuki brought destruction to the world. If it weren't for them then Kyo might've never been captured and force to go through experiments. The people within Akatsuki are still unknown to him. If only he found out their names. Looking at Kozai Kyo's would say " I am sorry your village was destroyed. I don't know how it feels to feel and see the destruction of your village, but the all of the Akatsuki must be defeated somehow. The destructions continue as Amegakure was destroyed only days ago. News travels fast unfortunately " said Kyofu.

He wondered what Kozai felt of the Akatsuki if he hated them or simply could care less.

Huh. So, was this pity coming from Kyo? How disgusting. However, Kozai didn't reveal any of this aversion to the boy. Rather, he kept a calm countenance.
"Whether my village was destroyed matters not. Either way, I would have profited from it." His eyes would narrow slightly in emphasis at this point.
"Such is the way of the world. Whatever happens, we must try and make the most of it... even at the detriment of others. Sadly, it appears that your village doesn't quite work that way."
At that point, he would raise an eyebrow at Kyo, pondering something in his mind.
"Why do you believe that the Akatsuki must be destroyed? Solely because they are destroying villages, or have they done some kind of personal harm to you? Perhaps... they have some larger, more beneficial motive."
This question would be posed in such a way as to probe Kyo's moral backbone, so to speak. What did he really think about such things as destruction and the Akatsuki? He knew very well of the people in Koukan, who had essentially originated as a result of Yukigakure being destroyed. Was it, then, to be that people like that would spread their ideals: that the incapable should not be sacrificed to progress? After all, at a certain level, the weak stopped being individuals, in Kozai's mind.

Kyofu would only look as Kyofu spoke his words, to be honest he could care less if the Akatsuki destroyed villages. But they did some what personal harm to him. If it wasn't for them the bandits would have never attacked him and his parents that night as they raided his town for Ryo and other valuable items. But like Kozai he had secrets as well. He didn't tell the man that he was held up I'm a lab outside of the village of Iwagakure nor did he tell him he was a experiment. But of course no one wanted to befriend a man such as himself." I suppose that question is for the future " said Kyofu with a smirk. He could feel that the Water Heart had fully assimilated to his body. Fortently he didn't throw up from the ordeal as before when he did the same with the wind heart he had obtained. He himself thought that Water and Lighting were the most powerful of the Five Basic Elements, as in science with water and lighting one could perform extreme acts that would be deemed powerful.

He wondered if their was some jutsu or skill out there that let people with Water Release perform water jutsu through the water particles in the air. That way basically you didn't need a puddle of water or a lake to use water jutsu. Of course however he knew that a power of that sort would be hard to come by seeing it's abilities so it would be extremely hard to accomplish it. Maybe in the future he could find a person that knew a lot of Water Ninjutsu, but he would let the future handle that and stick to the present as his past drifted away." So Kozai what brings you to Hoshigakure " said Kyofu trying to make some sort of conversation feeling the quiet vibe that was rolling through the air.

Standing up straight now, Kozai nodded at the boy's first quote. As he had concluded before, Kyo had quite a while to go before he started to truly expand his mind. The world was the playground of minds such as his and Kyo's, so he had no doubt that he'd eventually meet him again... and perhaps their interests would clash. Even though that might not be the most desirable outcome, it would definitely be interesting. Well, in that case, better to leave the kid to his own devices. He should learn to play around with his new powers by himself, rather than relying on others to tell him how to attain what he wanted. Independence and individualism were important in that aspect, he supposed, which was why he had absorbed Avarice in the first place. While he had two voices in his head rather than his own, he was not really an individual, but a collective. That was something that was rather vile to him.
"I'm here on an errand for myself, I suppose... I'm looking for something."
A home, he thought, but Kyo doesn't need to know that. In fact... I'll let him imagine.
"That something is my own secret."
With that, he formed the ram handseal, and for a split second, his chakra flared before he would accelerate to full speed using HoHo, and body flicker away at 220 speed, leaving behind a small crater where he had once stood as a testament that he had ever been there in the first place.

Kyofu would nod towards the man as he left the area I'm a burst of speed appearing as if he wasn't even their if it weren't for the huge crater lying in the surface. Kyo's himself would turn around as he stood of the pillar and jump off of it as he walked home towards Hoshigakure accelerating at a burst of speed as well.

Though their was still some thoughts lingering in his mind like how would he access this Wood Release.
