As Tee extended his feet he pulled them back in as the man extended his arm trying to grab a hold of Tee. Tee would not allow this because if he was the Kazekage like he claimed to be Tee letting him grab a hold of him would be a big mistake. When Tee pulled in his legs he did two things, one Tee activated his Meigan, two Tee allowed his feet to fill with lightning chakra making his movements faster. Tee now moved at a speed of 151 and was moving way faster than the opposed Kazekage has displayed. Tee landed on the floor and ran away from the Kazekage instantly. Tee ran back toward the man with the yodeling lion and heard him state his name to be Kuro. Tee replied back and introduced himself as Tee. Tee then said to the Kazekage, "I'm sorry sir if i have offended you in anyway it's just that when you claimed to be the Kazekage i assumed you were lying as i would find it hard to belive that the Kazekage would randomly come here, so i was just messing around with you with the whole money thing, would you forgive me?" As Tee was running back toward the man named Kuro however he noticed a large chakra signature above the gates with his Meigan, Tee did not know who in particular this man was but he really didn't want to stick around and find out either. Tee however did want to wait around and see if the Kazekage would accept his apology or not.

Shouten still just observes, it seems a slight scuffle of sorts is occurring with the blond haired main, and the one his voices wish to eat, regardless of what occurs Shouten watches with a bored expression.  The construct within his palm has reached three inches in spherical diameter, a tendril still connecting it to his palm so he can fiddle with it still whilst watching.  Slits form along the side of the sphere, these slits now have the flesh to peel back only to have a perfectly crafted pair of bat wings form upon the side of the sphere, the method of creation looking as if they were wrapped up in the first place like a little ball, Shouten's mind drifting off slightly pondering new creations that he would like to make, using this construct to have his imagination take shape; Albeit how weird it is due to the others influencing it.  Eight arachnid legs form upon the bottom of the sphere, now twenty eyes cover the face, each in compensation to fit them all, and the following additions, one such being a large smiling mouth with enlarged canines, the creature looking rather friendly in an odd way, that is until it bites your head off.  He ponders a name for this one, Spider bat, Bider, no those are stupid, thinking a bit more he gets it, a Spibat!  It sounds like some epic stealth equipment, that will work perfect, he will have to make one when he gets home!  Looking back to the action he separates the tendril linking the beast as he manipulates it to crawl up his arm, and sit upon his head, grinning at the world like a real son of a- Psychopath, yeah that's it.

Should things go a certain way, and Kuro does speak and request their names, Shouten ponders this, the mans voice hard to hear when he is this high....up, pushing off the door he falls towards the ground, free falling for a good majority of the descent only to alter his gravity to make him weightless an inch from the ground ridding himself of any momentum form his fall allowing a soft landing of his feet upon the ground.  Before answering with a name however, Shouten thinks this over, he has been thinking over things alot recently, thinks he should not even be thinking about cause they belong to other people, can he really call himself Shouten anymore?  For now he shall make a name worthy of all whom are making up his mental state, and the dna he has transfused within his own form.  Raising his right hand to his mouth his fingers curl into a ball, the inwards side of his fist pressing softly against his lips as he coughs, clearing his throat before lowering his hand and speaking, his tone lowered as he announces his name as if it is the best thing he has ever spoken. "My name is Valentinez Alkalinella Xifax Sicidabohertz Gombigobilla Blue Stradivari Talentrent Pierre Andri Charton-Haymoss Ivanovici Baldeus George Doitzel Kaiser III, what might yours be he whom rides the mighty yodeling lion?" Shouten questions and says with the most normal of faces, being bored of the other two and looking towards Psychosis now, although his chakra sensory is still fixed upon the group to tell if anything should escalate further, meanwhile his Spibat runs in circles on his head as if it has a mind of his own, sadly it does not yet only a different personally using his Kamishinka to do more fun acts to entertain himself.

Osore Kinzoku, Kazankage of the Volcano village is marching straight towards Kumogakure's gates where the confrontation is currently taking place.
His eyes are narrowed and his mouth is twisted into a small frown of annoyance.
His reasoning for coming to Kumo is simple....Shouten is taking much too long fetching his meal!
It's been days now and he wants that delicious looking child!

His eyes take in the form of the child and the blonde man, and the strange person that was present when Oogway was made his best friend in the whole wide world.
His garb consists of a pair of jeans, his sneakers a black T-shirt and his trademark fur rimmed jacket.
His Kage hat is hung around his neck by the string the triangular hat resting against his back.
He continues towards the scene with a growing smile on his face.

Tee only extends his legs, after he turns.  Koroshi grabs his legs while he turns.  So since Tee never extended to kick off, he never pulled back away from Koroshi, Koroshi's move goes through.

It seems as if the Kazekage's speed is to much for this boy, with the Kazekage grasping him while he is turning it seems he is caught off guard. With the boy not pulling his legs away from him, the capturing of his leg goes through only for Koroshi to slam the boy into the ground, smashing and shattering all of his bones upon impact with the ground.

"Hey Kuro! I'm Koroshi Uchiha, the Kazekage! Nice to meet you! Oh and badass lion, he has a wonderful singing voice" If Kuro continues to speak, asking him what he is doing here Koroshi answers "Well I was bored today and deiced to go for a walk! Then when I got here some rude ass kid demanded Ryo from me and yelled at me!" Koroshi says in reply of the mans question, completely forgetting that he just smashed this poor kid.

Aight well since Koroshi posted after I gave a judgement I'm just gonna grant him protection from any of the autohitting that might be called since he posted it as an absolute because of what I called.

Kuro blinked. Who on earth would name their child that? It was ridiculous. Sure, it was funny, but still. Giving a child such a short name, that was horrible. Lord knows the child was made fun of in his early years for having such a short name. "I think Ill call you Valerie. I already said Im Kuro." Some strange reason, everyone ignored the fact that the yodeling lion was now a pebble sized corpse. "Nice to see ya again though. How are the others?" He rather missed that one guy, the one who named the Sanbi... Oh look, suddenly he appeared. For fuck's sake, he could see four miles in damn near all directions, youd think that hed know this shit before it happened, but no, he didnt. For the most part, he didnt really care either. Surprises or not, he was him, and they were them. We are we and he is he. So long as this remained true, little could bypass Kuro's emotional "I dont give a fuck" barrier. It was nice to be insane sometimes.

The darkness which had enveloped the lion grew to under Tee, softening his blow, if only enough to keep his sorry ass alive. Wouldnt do to have a punching bag die on him."Kazekage eh? Nice to meet ya. Yeah, we had a respect problem with him before I think... either way, no need to hurt him so. A broken arm or five would do. Maybe change his gender, break that pride of his... Anyway, do what you want to him, just dont kill him. He signed up for a tourney we got going on, and Id lose my bets if he died... before it." As Kuro thought about several more effective and cruel punishments, he wondered if any MORE reunions would happen this day. This day which was... wait, why didnt he know which day it was? Right, he never kept track. Hard to in a lab underground with no clocks. Only dead bodies. Thankfully, preserved dead bodies. He seriously needed a use for them. Well, other than meat every once in a while. 

It was with a cold shiver that Kuro's mind went into a war state. It was a state based upon factual information that went into play when he encountered potential threats. 'three potential threats, two which know a few of my skills, I also know none of theirs, except Valerie showed some possible wind techniques when that Kaguya was killed in Kiri... no. Wind wouldnt have been so dull about it. It was as if two sides were pushing opposite ways with him. Wind would be possible, but for that level of power, itd be visible, and it wasnt. Likely a form of either magnetism revolved around organic matter, gravity, or possibly telekinesis. Any case is not good. Koroshi, Kazekage, I dont know anything about him, but he is obviously strong and has decent enough speed. Hm... Koroshi and Valerie have high chakra levels, Valerie's is almost equal to my own, and this new guy, the one who named Sanbi... he has so little chakra I can barely see anything but his outline. Dont underestimate him though. I doubt Valerie would have followed him if he was weak.' With that, Kuro's mind went back to normal, well... normal for him. 'better make a good impression then!' You could almost feel the glee coming from the mad... man? Could he be classified as human with all that he had done? Absorbing bloodlines, gathering the true aspects of darkness, creating a yodeling lion, and worst of all... eating pork... with a salad fork! No, no human could have done that last one. He was not human. He ate humans actually. Tasted decent with some salt. Though those with high chakra tasted absolutely wonderful. Maybe he could soon find someone with tastes similar to his own. "Well, as the first Kumo ninja" He glanced at Tee. "Er.. as the first important Kumo ninja to meet you all, let me just say, welcome to Kumogakure, birth place of Fear." A grin twisted its way onto Kuro's face. He wondered if anyone would get the pun. He doubted it. He found out about Fear by pure luck, so what were the chances...

Tee felt the blow connect to his arms, this man was inhumanly strong and the thing that pissed Tee off about it was he knew he was faster than this man and he had made a simple slip up that had almost cost him his life. As Tee hurled toward the ground, he thought of all the possible ways he could avoid it, maybe a substitution? No it was took late for that, Tee knew that once he hit that ground he would be severely injured more so than he already was. But then something happened that surprised him darkness had enveloped him cushioning his fall and causing him to fell the pain less than  he knew he would have. Tee did not know who had helped him but he would not be letting this generous person's actions go in vain. As Tee went to get up both of his arms were broken and his chest hurt like hell. But Tee with the lightning flashing at his feet used his back to push himself up and ran back toward the village at a speed of 151 toward the hospital
