Backstory: Having discovered the power of gravity given to him by Moon Release, this technique represents a refinement of the anti-gravity properties bestowed into jutsu by the Moon.
Appearance: When viewed with chakra vision, streaks of pale white chakra can be seen shooting from the arms and legs of the user, connected directly to the ground beneath them.

What it does:
When activated, the user is repelled from the ground by manipulating their own gravity. A limited means of flight as the user can only freely reach heights of 30/40/50 meters from the ground to the center of their being. If the user has this technique active and is higher than the marked meters from the ground, the user will slowly and gently descend to their highest possible point wherein they will gain complete control of themselves.
While active, the user may scale to heights above the marked meters, but in order to do so must remain within 2 meters of another solid object. The object can be of any size but must be solidly connected to the ground in order to be utilized. (A wall, tree, or building is acceptable. A dangling rope, thrown kunai, or stack of books is not.) The user does not actually touch the surface but can only move in such a manner that keeps them within 2 meters of the object or surface. Leaving or being removed from this distance will cause the user to fall down to their maximum height.
The ground counts as any surface that could reasonably hold and support the user’s weight while being stood on.
