Errand boy

Mission Details


It was a warm afternoon in hoshigakure. Sakuragi was sitting on a tree reading book. The book contain the history of hyuuga ancestors. One of the ancestors that sakuragi was very interested in was Hyuuga Neji. Neji was considered one of the strongest hyuuga ninja, he died in war trying to protect naruto, one of the legendary ancient hokage and hinata, naruto's wife. His lifestyle intrigues sakuragi, he was gonna study more about Hyuuga ancestors and Hyuuga clan techniques. However, he had been assigned mission to help an old granny n the village. It wasn't a high rank mission, so it should be quite easy.  The mission was to help the the granny get ingredients and some logs of wood to prepare dinner for herself and her family. It was time he get to that. 

Sakuragi would jump down from the tree he was sitting on, the tree was about ten feet tall. He landed on his feet safely and return the book into his ninja bag which he usually carry across his body. Since he was nearby to the forest, it would be easy to get the logs of wood here. He had brought along an axe which laid down at the bottom of the tree. Sakuragi was in his user outfit, black long hand jacket, white v neck shirt,  black short and black shinobi sandals. The black jacket was unzipped such that the white v neck shirt was exposure at the chest view of sakuragi. 

He would simply pick up the axe and find a suitable tree, he could get the ingredients on his way to granny's house. Sakuragi eventually find a tree that is over twenty feet tall. It would be hard work to cut down this tall tree, but all he needs to really do is to cut down the branches. Sakuragi was good at climbing trees, apart from that, he learned a jutsu in the academy that allows him to walk on surface of anything, such as surface of water, surface of trees and walls and the likes.  This is done by focusing chakra on his feet. The surface walking technique would come in handy here. Sakuragi simply walked up to the top of the tree, he would down down several branches of wood with the axe he was holding. Once he was satisfied with the branches of woof he had chopped off, he would walk down and cut the branches into small logs of wood, so it would be easy for granny to use them. Once he was done cut them into small logs of wood, he would the logs of wood togethers with a wire metal which he pulled out of his ninja bag. Once he was done, he carried the wood on his head and walked off the forest. The wood was quite heavy, so it was best for him to carry them on his head. 

It was no easy task carrying so much wood on his head, sakuragi would activate his byakugan as he walked the street, he wanted to locate the nearest store to get the ingredients. He actually found one very fast, about five meters away from where he was. He dropped the log of wood in front of the store and walked in. He gave the list to the guy in the store, the guy gather the ingredients for him and sakuragi paid and walked out of the store. Now he was back to carrying this thing again. Had he learn the clone jutsu, he would have used it to summon a clone to do the job for him. He was however a taijutsu specialist and has almost little knowledge about ninjutsu. Sakuragi would carry the logs of wood back on his head. It was still a warm afternoon, but sakuragi doesn't want to be late and he doesn't wanna keep granny waiting. He himself doesn't like to be kept waiting and doesn't want that for others, so he had to do his bid early. Sakuragi had walked quite some distance and he is now at the doorstep of the granny house. He was an errand boy in this mission. Missions like this doesn't thrill sakuragi, he is only doing them to get money to support his grandma and himself. He barely just graduate from the academy some months ago and his future looks promising. 

Sakuragi would knock  the door and the granny opens the door with a bright smile. She welcomed the boy and ask him to drop the woods at the backyard of the house, which where she does the main cooking. She collected the ingredients from sakuragi and thanked him. Sakuragi left the house some minutes later.
