Arguably the largest library in the known world where information on almost any general subject can be found. The library was known as “Haven`s National Archives” but was recently renamed in tribute to its beloved late Chief Librarian.

This is the center for shinobi administration of the City Blessed by the Stars. This area is not open to anyone except ninja of Haven, and even then only if they have express purpose to visit the higher authorities. Anyone without authorization entering the compound will be treated as hostile.

The Dragonpit
The Dragonpit is a vast, cavernous building that sits atop the Hill of Burning Trees in the City of Haven. It is one of the most significant buildings in the city. Once a home for magical beasts captured by the royal family. It has been abandoned for a century and a half and until recently lay in ruins. It was re-innovated by Hoshi ninja to host the Nova Tournament.
