Okay, editing to make things clear since I didn't have much time earlier.

So exiting and all that is fine, but kidnapping the kid is definitely void unless you can really sell IC Reason for doing that cause it seems to be just OOC reason which is not okay.

So unless argued more, the kidnapping is void.
