"Ahaahahahahahahhaahah Hmm Hello am i on Tv? Hahah" The man would say as he turned around to look for what had been a special type of viewing jutsu. "Hmm Hellooooo i know you guys are out there. hehe hurry the hell up." The Jinchuriki said as he stood in what had been a large plain of nothing, no no it hadn't even been a plain it had been more of a deserted wasteland. This had been a place where bijuu trained to become stronger then they previously were, which explained why the once large mountains which sat in the background were curved in the middle. The ground contained many dents in the ground which showed the dirt of the ground, the innards of the earth. "You can call me Ashara of the Inferno." He smiled in the visual jutsu showing his bright white teeth. "Now listen up you shit heads that are coming into my portal, Number 8 by the way, Show me a good time or ill burn you all alive. hahahha Understood!" He yelled as the fire around him grew to the point you could only see his face laughing in the visual jutsu. As the message was sent from that world to the first, his voice booming in that world.

And with a silent, quick, and very forceful movement Itsuka brought forth his power to bring a whirl of change, a vortex that could change the entire dimension of the opposing, reaching his right hand out to grip Ashara's shoulder tightly as he avoided the flames that were around his head, likely the reason that flames covered all but his face on the visual jutsu displayed previously.

So, since he did not say that for certain he grabbed the shoulder, only that he attempted to and, if he succeeded, the battle would be over, it is not godmod.

Joseph was placed into this new world as he exited the portal. He was a fair distance from the Jinchuuriki, and therefore also Itsuka. He was to the Jinchuriki's left, just outside of his peripheral vision. How odd that the portal would drop us in such locations. He did not know for certain that he was outside the man's peripheral vision, but it was a logical guess. He was about one and fifty nine hundredths of a radian rotated from the forward direction of the jinchuriki's head, which he used the horizontal projection of the segment between the center of his feet and the center of the jinchuriki's feet, and the horizontal projection of the ray through the tip of the mans nose and the center of his mouth that pointed away from Itsuka to measure. Had Joseph been Twelve hundred inches above where he was, he and the Jinchuuriki would be two hundred thirty two million seven hundred forty nine thousand six hundred nineteen ten billionths of a nautical mile away from each other. They were perfectly level as Joseph, Itsuka, and the Jinchuriki  stood on solid ground. 

Joseph gathered steam around himself, mostly to his right, where the Jinchuuriki would be likely unable to see it unless he turned. He gathered ten times his bodies volume around himself in steam. With his goggles slipped on, he switched them to seeing heat. A quick moment and he knew the approximate temperature of the fire. The steam quickly expanded. Joseph weighed about one hundred eighty pounds. The steam expanded to 439.5 gallons worth of volume, and the pressure became 1520 torr. The steam circulated around Joseph's body, not quite ready to be used in an attack, but there at a moments notice, already nice and toasty. He switched his goggles off of heat sensing before he altered the state of the steam.
