What it does: Functions identically as to the regular Transformation Technique but it is instead applied to one target Puppet controlled by the user. The technique requires that the chakra strings remain attached to the puppet for the duration of the technique If the strings are removed or severed from the target puppet, the technique instantly ends.

This technique can be used in combination with Puppet Art: Ventriloquism to create a passable replica of a person controlled by the user.

Mastery allows the user to greatly increase the detail of the transformation and allows the puppet to move smoothly and even hide the distinguishable noise of the joints and mechanisms until they are within 5 meters of the puppet.

Looks good, just one thing about the mastery. Since you do mention it specifically being a unique one that improves the detail of it, go more in depth as to how and what that mechanically provides or if it would be more of just a neat little thing to add some more flavor.

Ok, so for the mastery, that seems decent, however the range needs to be increased. We don't really have full set mechanics for distance at which sound can be heard; however 1 meter seems to be a bit too close given that this doesn't have Sensory as a spec, and it's D Rank.
