Circle in the Sand (Mission)

Zim was sound asleep in his bed. The sound of birds chirping woke him up from a deep sleep. As he stretched he heard a soft knock on his bedroom door and saw a slip of paper enter his room from under the door. He got up off his bed and retrieved the paper and read through it. Another mission? Why not? It was given to Team Fuku.
"So now we are basically doing maids work? Eh, I need the money and I guess someone has to do it!" Probably was given to Jeordie, Zeb and Taki who yet again passed it off to Team Fuku.
He heard the older brother trio laughing in the room down the hall in Zeb's room. Zim rolled his eyes as he headed out the door to go meet up with Miz and Jayden. It was a nice day out and considering this area is closer to the beaches in Kiri, they probably are full of sand, especially when the wind blows the sand up into the shopping district.
For some reason, Zim preferred the over cast of the sunshine, but the clouds in the distance were a sign that maybe overcast is on its way

Kurai had already gotten word of their mission and was already waiting at the meeting spot for the others. It was actually quite a nice day in Kiri! Not to hot and not to cold, and warm breezes blowing. He could see why the shops by the shore needed to be swept! This breeze was just strong enough to blow in the sand. Which would be quite a irritant to shop owners and patrons alike. Granted, Kurai wasn't a housekeeping kind of guy and the idea of having to sweep was annoying but he at least was able to do the job and earn money and help out where he could at the same time! Not to bad of an idea.
He nodded to Zim, who was the second to show up.
“Mornin’...” He said as he looked at him. Hopefully this mission goes better than the others had gone. Something always happened causing Kurai to do something to get in trouble. Not this time! He was going to prove he was a good ninja!
“Interesting mission we were given, I never saw us as housekeepers, but a mission is a mission eh?” He added as he watched everyone show up one at a time.

Jayden was woken up by his brother Jeordie that morning. It was a gentle knock on the door. As Jayden got up he threw on a shirt before peeking out from behind the door.
“You guys got a mission Jay.” Jeordie said I'm a neutral, non-threatening toned voice.
“Thanks Jeordie.” Jayden replied in a friendly tone. Maybe this would be a regular thing now! Maybe He finally realized they were a serious team and not just some random joke! Jayden closed his door as he read the paper. Sweeping out some of the stores by the beach? Well that is a serious mission, it does need to be done! Shop owners can't make money if their stores are filled with sand. Can you imagine eating Sushi or Ramen filled with sand? Or buying an item filled with sand that shouldn't be? Yeah, sand is useful but not in that sense! It actually is quite a nuisance for them. Yeah, Jayden was cool with helping out even if it was kind of a form of housekeeping. He changed out of his pajamas and into his normal everyday attire and headed out to the meeting spot
“I'm game, let's do this! I can swing a mean broom!” Jayden said adding a joke at the end.

Miz woke up to a group of birds chirping outside his window, sadly it was only 4:30 ok in the morning. What kind of bird chirps outside your window in the early hours of the morning? Obviously one who has a death wish! Grumbling, Miz crawled out of his bed and decided to meditate in his puddle. About an hour into his meditation a knock on his door brought him out of his meditation. He reformed into his human form and answered his door! Oh what a surprise, it was Taki! ( That was absolutely meant to be sarcastic.)
“Your group has a mission.” Taki said, handing his brother the paperwork. Miz looked over the paper then folded it and put it in his back pocket.
“Housekeeping, got it!” Miz nodded, closing the door. He put on his shoes and headed out to meet with the rest of his group.
“I use a broom all the time, this mission is easy money.” Miz said as he started to lead the group towards the shops. “I'm not a fan of sunny days, maybe after we are done it will start to get cloudy again.” Miz said, starting casual conversation as they headed to the shops.

Zim followed as Miz led them to the shops. The beach had quite a few people on it and the breeze was blowing sand into the small shops across the street from the shops. A stronger breeze blew sand into Zim's eyes and dreads! He rubbed his eyes and got the sand out, he shook his head and managed to get the sand out of his dreads! As he looked into two shops side by side the owners were yelling about the sand to the employees.
“I got these two shops.” Zim told his team mates. The shops were connected making what Miz was about to do A LOT easier. Because of the sunlight and the light in the stores, there were shadows for Zim to use! Making a hand sign, he stretched two shadows on either side of him out into the shops, each shadow grabbed a broom nearby and began to sweep the shops out. The sand was brushed out onto the side walk behind him. The shop owners looked at Zim and smiled. One commented about the fact he didn't know Naras were in Kiri and how handy such a clan was.
“The more you know…” Zim smiled as the shop owners and employees laughed
Zim continued sweeping as the employees wiped down the products and thanked him for the help! After returning the brooms to the correct spots Zim released the jutsu and the shadows went back to normal. He said bye to the shop owners and sat on a bench nearby to wait on his team mates.

Kurai followed Miz to the shops. Zim picked the first two shops and began using his shadows to sweep them out. Kurai rolled his eyes as he walked towards another shop.
“Show off…” Kurai mumbled under his breath. The next shop was a rather large open restaurant. Now no one likes sand in their food but that's what was happening here. As the employees began wiping down the tables Kurai walked in and grabbed a broom but it would take forever if he did it like this…. wait….as Kurai smiled five strands of thread came out from under his shirt grabbing a second broom behind him and as Kurai swept the right side of the restaurant his threads stretched just far enough to sweep the left side. Within ten minutes he had a huge pile of sand at the front of the restaurant from both sides.
“Looks like we forgot the center aisle!” He said as the threads took the broom to the middle aisle and swept, after a few minutes the threads had added to the pile in front of the door. Kurai took the broom back from the threads as they retreated under his shirt. As he brushed the sand outside onto the side walkway the owner of the restaurant thanked Kurai. Kurai smiled at the guy and nodded before walking towards the bench to sit by Zim.

Jayden followed his team to the shops. He noticed the residents enjoying the beach and of course he had a similar issue to Zim! Jayden turned his head so the sand didn't get his eyes but it did get into his dreads. He needed to get them redone anyway, but the sand was still causing him to itch! He shook and scratched his head until.he finally got the sand out! He watched as Zim and Kurai began to clear the sand out of the shops and restaurant. Passing the restaurant he noticed a souvenir shop that was literally coated in sand!
Grabbing a broom he began to help the workers sweep the sand out. It was literally up to their ankles!
“It's been coming in all morning because of the wind!” The owner exclaimed as he came in with a shovel. As Jayden and the workers swept the sand toward the entrance the owner would shovel it out. This system seemed to be working due to the fact the wind had calmed down. Probably because it had already blown the clouds cover into Kiri, causing the sunny sky to become overcast.
It took about twenty minutes to get all of the sand out of the shop! The workers and owners began to wipe down the souvenirs.
“Thank you young man!” The owner said as Jayden waved back before leaving. He walked over to Kurai and Zim and took a seat beside them as they began to chat about their mission and wait on Miz!

Ah, Finally the clouds moved in with a slight roll of thunder! This day may not be as bad as he was worried it would be. He felt more optimistic at this point. He watched as Zim swept two stores at once using his shadows! Very good use of his shadow techs. Kurai was helping a restaurant clean out the sand using his threads. Now Jayden was helping sweep sand out of a souvenir shop! Well, they were all sweeping the sand out into the walkway. The downside is either people will fall in the sand or not be able to get to the shops. Miz however had the perfect idea how to clear the walkway using his abilities!
He waited on his team to finish helping the shops, while leaning against a tree. As soon as the last team member, Jayden, sat down, Miz cracked his knuckles as he stood beside the walkway. On both ends of the walkway were two barrels of water which the stores used. Using some old fashioned water jutsu, Miz pulled the water from all four barrels at a force that pushed all the sand off the walkways clearing the path!
The water spilled on the sand towards the beach.
“And mission complete, shops and walkways cleared of sand!” Miz said, smiling as they all headed back home.
