Shikami would reach down and take the Kunai off the desk, he would than look up at the Mizukage and simply said to him "Far Sending, That would be my method of communication with the village" the technique should be common and well known enough that he should not need to explain much about the technique, and with the Kage's requirements Shikami would head out of the office with a bow, a silent than. Shikami could feel deep down his excitement building and welling up within hitting a new brink. A long time goal of his was about to be achieved for this very moment.

If nothing else was to be added or anything else, Shikami would return to his house long enough to gather up the last of his needs for a trip and he would head out for the next event on his path.

Shikami accepted the kunai and seemingly had an answer to the communication problem. However, it wasn't a solution. As it was common technique the Shinkou was right the doctor knew of it. He did not know the technique, but was because it was largely useless in a fight. "That will not work I'm afraid. The point of the communication is to aid you in the event you encounter trouble. Far sending has zero ability to deliver the message fast enough to where any aid I could provide would matter. Perhaps, research any fuin or space/time techniques I could apply or work on something for yourself." The kage would continue working on paper work after he spoke. He would either wait for Shikami to give another response or say goodbye to him as he left the office if he chose to come back with an answer later.

Hearing how exactly the kage wanted him to keep in touch, Shikami would set out to dig in the archives for long lost techniques that one might could learn and solve his problem. It took him several hours of searching, but when he finally found what he thought to be the answer to what he needed, he decided to first dedicate the time he needed to learning the technique, and than taking the books and scrolls he found that taught him about the technique and what it was capable of, he would take them to the kage and show him what he found and prove its use to the man, that way there was irrefutable proof on exactly how he would communicate from such a far distance away and without fail and even instantly. communicate just as the kage made clear that his needs was met with this technique.

Akabayashi would still be where he was signing and stamping in the event Skikami returned. Though Seto had long passed out by this point.

Ignoring the passed out Seto, Shikami would present the technique he had uncovered to Akabayashi and would even take the step by step time to perform said technique and communicate with Akabayashi , Seemingly Telepathically.

"And if the studies are correct, this technique was how special operatives communicated without words and hand signs, for grandiose distances, this technique I think fits all the critiera you had placed upon myself" Shikami would release the hand sign that was needed at the moment, but his plans for this technique went far beyond, he would master it and not need to use his hands if that was the case.

Shikami now eagerly and patiently awaited the response of his kage for approval for his mission. This was a long time coming for Shikami and he could not wait to fully be in control of the monster nagging with in his skull even at this moment.

Akabayashi watched every action and listened to the voice within his head. Good work. This seems much more reliable than the last idea. He would write down a note to hand to a gate guard and stamp it with his seal acknowledging Shikami had the right to leave. The note was only usable for the current month and he would require a new one after thrity one days. "Please, let me know if you encounter any trouble." He would then pass the order onto Shikami. "No need to be a hero if you encounter trouble either. Play it safe and smart. Even if you think you can win call for reinforcements. Understood?"

The doctor once he acknowledged would go back to reading and signing things. "Good luck on your trip. I'd prefer it if someone went with you, but one it seems secretive and two I can't send Seto because he is my bodyguard."

Once Stein left he would draft a letter to Hoshi. Making them aware of the current mission in the event things did not go well for Shikami. All it requested was one or two people on standby in the event Shikami sent his distress call. He would teleport to BBB and then to his kunai on Shikami. He had a few Kiri ninji in mind for this Rapid Response Force as well. He would send a letter to Shiro as well. Slightly different however as this one said to meet him at his office if he heard three quick sirens sounding throughout the village and explained it meant Shikami was under attack somewhere in the world.
