Bumi's Travelling Stand

1.) The event will begin at 12:00 A.M on November 15th and end at 11:59 PM on December 30th.

2.) You can purchase these scrolls for any of your active characters or living clones as long as that specific character has enough Ryō for the purchase.

3.) You may purchase up to 5 scrolls per character each day. Only 1 of those scrolls can be S-rank.

4.) For each purchase, a new claim utilizing the code listed above will need to be completed. (Claims must be performed on the account for your specific character. For example, I want to purchase a C-Rank Jutsu Scroll for my Tanbogakure character, but I'm logged into my main Sunagakure account. I would need to log out of my Suna character's account and log into my Tanbo character's account to make a claim.)

5.) In most cases, you will not have to specify which techniques or skills your character is learning on this page, as these particular claims will only add the scrolls to your character's inventory. Almost all claims utilizing these scrolls will have to be performed on your character's stat page and approved separately by a staff member, but by no means do you have to use the scrolls you purchase immediately. If you are using a Jutsu Scroll to fill a mastery slot for a technique your character already knows, that will need to be specified in the claims made on this specific page. (These Jutsu Scrolls can be used to fill 1 mastery slot per day for a Jutsu already on your character's stat page.)

6.) Regarding the Skill Scrolls, there are a few limitations in which skills can be obtained from them. The skills that are unobtainable from these scrolls are any skills that cannot be removed from a character once learned via normal means, such as the "Clan Pureblood," "Clanless Pureblood," or "Beloved Presence" skills. All claims made from the Skill Scrolls will be checked thoroughly by a staff member to ensure no such abuse occurs.

7.) A character cannot refund nor resale the scrolls they purchased from Bumi's Stand to the Mythical Item shop or any shop. Furthermore, they cannot trade these scrolls or gift them to others. Once purchased, they are part of your inventory until used. Finally, players can use these scrolls to claim jutsu for their familiar or companion, but they cannot use these scrolls to buy summons. 

8.)  S-rank Jutsu with complicated or increased word count, like Eight Gates and Kanzeon Lotus King, will require 2 S-rank scrolls. The same is true for their masteries if there are any available.
