Without a response from the newcomer, Lucian's attack would go through uninterrupted and he'd successfully subdue the man. Since he had been in a completely incapacitated state, he was like carrying deadweight. Although it was a struggle, Lucian would never allow the Raikage to see him as weak. Instead the Goka would simply offer a nod in response to Lord 12th's request, then carried the man without a hitch all the way to Kumogakure's prison, where he'd hand him over to the authorities who would properly jail the man. He wasn't quite sure exactly why he had been the one to carry a man to jail, however the reason wasn't important. What did, was the impression he made today.
