A courier entered the office in a hurry, leaving a letter for Ayato along with his will and Yasaki’s inventory. The money delivered was the total amount of 48,400 ryo was to be given to his daughter Hotaru along with the following equipment.

In the letter, he explained why he chose to end his life in such a manner. And an additional memoir behind listing everything about Kamui, the power blessed by his family, the Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan, and its evolution, the Rinnegan. The DNA of the vulture’s flesh had transplanted him. Ayato hated those, but when Yasaki did them, it was a different time. Back then, someone could do them for increased power, and one could do them only for medical reasons. The village had changed for the better. And that last one thing, Yasaki did right.

How insufferable she could be, as if these strains would be of any true assistance to her should anything arise. Laughable.
