Into the Furture (Nagase & Seiichi)

The land was dark now. Walking on the main path heading away from Yumegakure Seiichi could feel the brisk night wind clambering on his skin. He was used to the weather of course, not too far from where he grew up, though he wasn't welcome there any longer. Around his neck hung a head protected with three prominent Zs one after another with a line through it (ZZZ). He even remembered the day it happened.

A man kept pushing at him, poking his feelings, calling him a name and insisted that he'd go by it. That man died after a short outburst from Seiichi. He smashed his head with a rock and left his body for the bears. It didn't take long for the village to learn about his actions. Pushing him to the gates they striped him of his belongs, his home, his headband, cutting a jagged line through it with a kunai they threw it back. Then, tossed him out. He wouldn't be surprised if they had a party that night. He was only trouble ever since he was young, he felt like a burden to everyone around him.

He was moving on now. Leaving the village was for the best. He had meet some new people in the Black Market and had to grab his equipment and the sack full of clothes that he slung over his shoulder; he'd live with Maku and Eliwood now. These people seemed to actually care for him, not to mention it was better than living under the stars or on a rocky cave floor.

He pulled his black robe, shifting it to protect him from the north blowing wind as he walked south. There were leaves on the ground now, signs of fall fast approaching. The only light that guided his path was the stars and the full moon that shown brightly above him. He tried to pay attention to his surroundings. Making sure not to run across a hungry animal's trail.

Even though Nagase left home seven years ago he still visits it occasionally.  "Home... I don't even know if I can call it that anymore." Nagase whispered under his breath.  Not to far from the city he sat looking down into it.  The last seven years had been rough for him.  He had to do things he wasn't proud of just to survive, it changed him.  He was so happy growing up with his mother, never once did he think he would have to stoop to the point that he is at now just to make it day by day.  He is always on the alert making sure he isn't being followed by those that he had wronged over the years.  Trust was hard to come by for him, he didn't have anyone he could call a friend, he was a lone wolf in his mind always going to be alone.

As Nagase was about to move for the night and find a place to rest he heard movement.  He quickly found cover and watched.  A man dressed in a black robe was walking from Yumegakure.  "Is he looking for me?" Nagase thought to himself.  "I must get a better look."  Nagase snuck closer to the path of the man to get a better look.  As he moved the leaves he made sure to avoid making any unnecessary sounds.  The man had his face covered by his robes to block the wind so it was hard to make out any facial features that could identify him.  Then he realized he knew this man, he remembered him from Yume.  Once he realized this he emerged from his hiding place and approached.  Slowly pulling himself from the shadows he said "Seiichi? Is that you?"

Hearing the bushes rustle just a little bit along with foot steps in the leaves Seiichi could tell someone was ahead of him. The night was a frighting thing, even to Seiichi, his hand gripped onto his bag as a voice rang out from the shadows. It sounded familiar and when the person got closer he was able to make out his facial features. That scar.. "I do know you. What are you doing out here?" He asked. Seiichi wasn't sure if he needed to be on guard or not. "Where is your headband?" or have you abandoned them too? he thought.

Seiichi's body was turned in a somewhat defensive stance. This was do to him being startled a bit, he hasn't shifted since he heard the voice. The full moon gave the kids facial features an omonus look, much how Seiichi imagined himself. His scar was large and went from the right side of his face, down his eye and to the bottom of his lip. There was no mistaking it. He wondered what grotesque shadow the moon gave him.
