Pig would likely had headed toward the major villages Takeo had reasoned. Kumogakure was the second furthest away, so it would be a viable option for later if nothing turned up at his current destination. The village of Konohagakure was perhaps the most famous of the major villages, having perhaps the longest history of any and producing some of the greatest shinobi to have ever existed. Though in recent times they seemed to be struggling a bit. There was no way of knowing for certain that Pig had headed in that direction, but it was the best guess for now. The man made his way through the country of Haven, reaching the borders within a few hours and then beginning the days journey across the continent in order to reach the land of fire, and from there Konoha.
