Gazing into ones reflection - Page 2 Empty Re: Gazing into ones reflection

Mon Dec 25, 2017 4:46 pm
Yen smiled slightly as allegro said his wish. To become grooviest shinobi. It was a refreshing change to most of the hopefuls that populated. With more or less the same goals.

It takes a unique heart. To tackle such vauge concepts. So i enjoy the concept to teaching such a fellow.

Yen remained silent as the boy showed the scrolls of techniques. For the starters he knew each one. Yet his eye focused on the mist servant as it was a touch in his field of expertise.

"Well lets go for starters on one thing at a time. A transfer student and a uzimaki. I had oppertunity to train one before. She preformed admireably and it was good to see. But we must always look to the basics of control to learn these. Do you know transformation technique, and the clone jutsu?"

Yen asked allegro as he offered him to take a seat across from him the music was drowned out as yen maintained full concentration on the student.feeling out his chakra level to determin a few things.

"I would like to see if you could do them of course. If not i will gladly teach you them. And then see how well you can do with these techniques"

The aspiring shinobi gave a brief second to acknowledge his sensei’s challenge. The ninja clone technique, and the transformation technique. He remembers that he studied them in his father’s grand library prior to his entrance ceremony at the academy. The young Uzumaki took a deep gulp. He had never executed the techniques before, but he could not shy away from a challenge, especially because of his inherited sense of conviction. Out of the corner of his eye, Allegro could see Yen taking a particular interest in the Mist servant technique, perhaps because it was one of the many jutsu he was already familiar with. Could it be that, like Allegro, Yensung Sensei also gravitated toward Genjutsu techniques as well? Before he could open his mouth for a reply, Yensung began to speak. Allegro listened to what he had to say. It would appear there were more shinobi from his Father’s side of the family who he has yet to make acquaintance with. And from the sound of it, they were strong, too.

“I look forward to meeting them through your introduction. I have much to learn about my own clan. Is there anything you can tell me about them?”

The boy’s eyes were now strategically darting from left to right. By the time he was finished replying to the one eyed Aburame shinobi, he would have already taken note of his surroundings. He took into detail the flowers in the garden that Yen seemed to love and even the rocks surrounding the small pool of water that Yen was staring into, hoping to gain some insight or wisdom from his reflection. Yensung began to request a demonstration from Allegro, and the boy gave a smile to give his obvious acceptance of the invitation. He let out a big sigh shortly after placing both ear buds back into his ears. Allegro then did a backflip directly from his sitting position, first landing on both palms of his hand, and then finally his feet. Leaving the scrolls where they were on the ground, Allegro would separate himself from Yensung by about 10 meters with a series of back flips. Sliding to a stop with his sandals and stirring up the dust on the dirt path near the barden, Allegro assumed a fighting stance and closed his eyes.

The boy was mentally replaying the instructions he had read about during his studies of elementary ninja techniques in the ninja academy library. It was time for him to turn theory into practice, and words into action. The clone technique was one that utilized his chakra as an out of body projection. He would need to manipulate the chakra to fashion his own likeness, in a manner that would confuse Yensung for just long enough him to complete his follow up attack. What was even more of a challenge, would be perfecting the timing and execution of the transformation technique. Some of his peers still could not perfect this technique, which might spell flunking the academy for them. He could not even dream of relating to that experience. Allegro fully understood that to use this technique, he would need to constantly emit his chakra throughout his tenketsu. Then there was the matter of what he was transforming into… He began to formulate a plan. He opened his eyes and studied his sparring opponent while devising an appropriate strategy. Yensung sensei is a jounin level shinobi. It won’t be easy fooling him.

Once the plan was set, Allegro would reach into his right pocket, revealing his MP3 player. He fidgeted with the device for a brief second, choosing the perfect song for this moment. His first moment of real ninja training. Even his teachers didn’t think they were ready for combat in their first week.  Finally, he looked directly into Yensung’s eye with conviction.

“Here I come…Yensung sensei!”

Gazing into ones reflection - Page 2 Empty Re: Gazing into ones reflection

Yens smile fell slightly as he recalled tori and his face fell. She had perished in a mission along with the others of his freinds in attempt to do recon. It was sad for him as he in the spare time barely had known amid return from suna.

"She unfortuniatly is not among us any longer. But she was exceptional."

Yen said as he remained seated and noted the boy's excitement as he managed to do a flip twice and then flipped backwards 10 meters.

He is defintly energetic. That is good i suppose. Focusing which is good too.

Yen thought as he kept his concentration on the boy for the most part and kept in mind of the boy's dream to be groovy. Although he showed a serious determination yen looked back in koaru's eye relaxed. And very calm.  Impressing yen was not an easy task as his own experience showed as much.

Most the time he expected as much from a person. Which lead yen to predict most of the common training paths which included dabbles in ninjutsu, and a hand for medical or other arts like weaponry seeking. These alone made it clear the absolute concentration of high chakra levels, and high speeds. Which had yet to suprise him.

I hope at least his training is unoque... other wise he might be broken from my regimen...

Allegro raced toward Yensung, working to close the gap between them. He admired the jounin’s cool, calm, and collected attitude, even after being reminded of the death of one of his studets, and imitated that for himself. Yen had without a doubt seen the gruesome gore of ninja combat, and it would only be a matter of time before the young student became a full fledged ninja and was exposed to the same possibiliteis. Allegro let the rhythm of the music in his ear match perfectly with the rhythm of his swift feet shuffling across the dirt path. He wouldn’t let what was said distract him from the task at hand. “The blood of the Uzumaki runs through me, Yensung sensei! Do not worry!” The boy’s usually mousy voice was now booming with confidence. Ram……Snake…….Tiger….Allegro executed the necessary hand seals before stepping within arm’s reach of Yen’s current position. He launched a passionate fist set to land square onto his chest. He would then follow up with several melee attacks in an organized flurry. Whether the hits landed or not, and unless there was something preventing him from doing so, Allegro would end the assault with a forward somersault over Yensung’s head and finally land firmly on both feet. The second he landed, two identical replicas of himself would appear in a puff of smoke, both on either side of Yensung so that the three total versions of Allegro formed a triangle around him. They would all stare intently for a brief moment, and then they would all dash as fast as they could in a circle around Yensung, stirring up clouds of dust as they ran. Allegro was building momentum for his next move, all the while replaying the instructions he had read in the scrolls earlier. He was a gifted student, and it was time that he demonstrated it.

Gazing into ones reflection - Page 2 Empty Re: Gazing into ones reflection

he defintley has confidence... i should teach him a thing or two..... well i could. but seeing as he is in th works. ill do something simple.

yen thought as he remained seated, hence by the time that the boy began his assault yen merely thought on the application. so he observed the boy, neither taking a stance, nor needing to. the boy lacked the power to cause any true harm so the eaving of handsigns merely showed of either a fluke or some kind of advanced tactic which did not do as much as one would think. the hits landed and yen did not even feel it.

"try to become a little faster allegro. to the point where i could not see your attack coming"

yen stated as he watched the boy vault over his head and then there were two replicas if allegro.  as  by a simple glance at either one they looked identical, however yen knew the real one was the one behind him.

"looking good."

yen stated as the trio proceeded to run a circle around him and he slowly nodded.

"good control, now let us be practical now show me a creative use of these clones. your are doing well thus far."

Gazing into ones reflection - Page 2 Empty Re: Gazing into ones reflection

Sun Dec 31, 2017 3:38 pm
Allegro demonstrated decent skill in taijutsu, though it was nowhere near enough to penetrate a jounin level shin obi's defenses. The fists and kicks were each abruptly blocked by his opponent, but he did not give up. His clones appeared with precise timing, just as he landed, a total of three identical brown skinned boys keeping a trained eye on Yen. He was amazed that Yen could even manage to give clear and constructive criticism in mid combat. This was the first time he was experiencing this feeling, the feeling of being subpar. How would he ever truly be one of the top shinobi in this village if he can't pass the challenge in front of him. Allegro roared affirmatively and put his full energy into running as fast as he could, his clones along with him, in a perfect circle around Yensung. A whirlwind of brown dust could be seen forming, and would remain there momentarily as all three versions of Allegro pounced for the kill, so to speak. Two bodies slid along the ground toward Yen on either side, threatening to sweep horizontally at his legs, while the third Allegro leaped overhead to deliver a walloping punch to the head. The movements would unfold simultaneously while his surprisingly booming voice yelled

"GRrrroooooooooooVyy!"

The boy's battle cry validated his sense of existence while responding to the instruction of his new teacher. Allegro wondered if Yensung sensei had a lot of experience teaching younger shinobi from the way it seemed to come easy to him. A thought came to him, that perhaps it was so easy because this tactic was so elementary to him. If that were the case, he would have to step his game up from here on out as a ninja. His genin exams were to begin the next day of class. Only once each body was but a few inches from their target, would two of them dispersed into smoke. Simultaneously, the original Allegro, sliding toward Yen from behind, would pull his kick back at the last second and reposition himself so that he could throw two handfuls of sand directly at Yen's yellowish eye. The smoke would be enough to cloud Yensung's field of vision, even if just for a fraction of a second. That would be all the time Allegro need to further distract the jounin.

With this strategy in place, it would be everything but complete without a contingency. Allegro would account for the off chance that Yen blocked all of Allegro's prior attempts to subdue his opponent, and backstep enough to meet the bank of the small body of water where Yen was at one point staring into his reflection. After forming the few needed hand seals, Allegro would disguise himself among the rocks on the bank, carefully timing it so that his movements would go unseen by Yen. He would stay hidden until the moment was right. This was the most logical tactic in a situation where his target was stronger than he was. He learned this tactic in the ninja academy. He realized that he was ready to take that exam. He had Yen to thanks for that sense of reassurance. The boy was careful not to fluctuate his chakra in a way that would dispel the delicate transformation technique. However, he poised himself to be ready to cast his next technique once Yensung was vulnerable. How is this for practical, Yensung sensei? The boy thought while he lurked quietly like a spider waiting for its pray to stumble into its trap.

yen merely observed amused as the first thing was that the clones were indeed well done. the boy hopped up. which yen fromned at yet it was a disproving frown as yen had a flash of the imagination that this prberly lead salzem to have fallen if he decided to jump in the air. the boy's punch hit yen as he simply treated it as if it was less then a smooth breeze that left no bruise or mark for damage.

"it will be groovey if you did not jump, i have seen legs lost for far less then that allegro."

yen stated as he nodded at the punch and smiled.

"good punch need more power.you should bulk up a bit more with your speed."

yen stated as  the clones lurked in and then disperesed into two coloms of smoke. all which yen nodded slightly and approved it was now that he stood up. using his ears to pick up sound of footsteps, otherwise the blade of grass that would make the slightest betrayal of allegros location.

"Smart move with blocking vision and-"

oof yen took some sand to the eye as it stung and yen brushed it out of his eye. as he stood up and gripped the ground with surface walking tree climbing technique since allegro would properly try to launch some childish sneak attack.

"doping good allegro. some tactics are smart touse which is a good thing. you are creative. A great trait to have as a shinobi. Expand upon it and embrace it. The creativity will surely not fail you for certain. So keep it up. "

Gazing into ones reflection - Page 2 Empty Re: Gazing into ones reflection

The seconds seemed to last for hours to Allegro, still disguised as a stone among many near the small pond where he and Yensung were sparring. He did not dare move a muscle to give away his current position. Meanwhile, Yensung sensei was undoubtedly wiping sand out of his precious eyeball, the only one he had left.He understood that any slight variation of chakra distribution could undo his transformation technique, so instead, he simply thought his next move through. In the ninja academy, he had learned that sensing the presence of chakra was much different than accurately pinpoint where the chakra was originating from. His teacher had explained that only some higher ranked shinobi and users of dojutsu were adept at sensory type skills like this. Did Yensung sensei have any skills or abilities like that? Allegro intended to find out, and waited patiently for Yensung to begin his movement closer within range of attack.

Yensung sensei seems to like techniques involved with deceiving the opponent. He may be an expert in genjutsu. Allegro took a gulp as he thought to himself, realizing that he knew next to nothing about genjutsu. On average, the number of shinobi who tend to utilize ninjutsu towers over the amount of shinobi who learn to master genjutsu. But if there was ever a time to give it a try, it would be now, under Yensung sensei’s watchful eye. There was one technique that he had read about at the academy library, but thought it was too advanced for him. Somehow, he found the confidence to give it a try. In his head, without cancelling the current technique, he thought over the ideology behind the jutsu and reviewed his instructions from his other ninja sensei. Would he be able to properly deceive Yensung, whom could very well be a professional Genjutsu user?

Higuto was walking along, minding his own business as his thoughts wandered on what to do for the night, as he suddenly could hear the sounds of combat from a short ways away. He walked over to the ruckus, as he was curious at the possibility that there might be some ninja having a brawl, before he noticed a boy who looked to be an academy student trying to fight an unknown ninja sitting down in a chair. He couldn't help but stifle a chuckle at the sight as it was quite clear, and therefore amusing, that the sitting ninja was toying with the boy. Either that or he was teaching him a lesson.

Of course the sight led Higuto to focus on the fight and watch the two from a safe distance. He felt that getting in their way would be rude and disrespectful to what was possibly a spar between the two. He kept his hands in his pockets as he looked to see what would happen next.

Gazing into ones reflection - Page 2 Empty Re: Gazing into ones reflection

hmmmmm

The aburame thought as he finished rubbing the dirt out of his eye. glancing around he noted two things. A second signature of chakra signature still small compared to his, but this was due to him concentrating on detecting the smaller of the two signatures. His focus however was now on the rocks in the garden as he glanced down towards the rock like surface of the rocks.

heh clever... very clever

his knowledge of his garden was noted as he scooped up a rock for one thing the boy forgot that his fancy music playing contraption was still playing. the sharp ears of an experienced fighter of course. a skill he has had long before being a jouninn. the sound of the faint music playing identified the rock that was the academy student. yet it would hardly take but an second.scooping up a rock yen weaved a simple half tiger sign and the wondrous  3 meter staff which of course yen knowing himself was relatively light.  (rock section cane)

He began to hum as he swiped and poked each rock, making sure to keep both the rock that the boy was in sight and the unusual stranger yet he was not going to bother as much. heck the boy's facial features looked slightly famailiar.

"young fellow. who are your parents" he called out to the boy simply observing the events. yen casually flicked his wrist holding the cane made of stone. aimed at the rock  that really was allegro. the swing was slow at a speed of 1. granted yen was testing allegros concentration.

"isnt this a nice rock. i should drop you in the pond as my other rocks are lonely down there."

yen teased as he would try to poke at the boy disguised as a rock at an increased speed of 10.
