Incident Report 0073 (Youka/Akuoy)

A chuunin shinobi would arrive at the Raikage's office handing the secretary a scroll bordered in red, indicating it as an important incident report. When the Raikage choose the scroll would be delivered to his desk by his secretary to read at his leisure.

Subject: Incident at the Gates involving Enemy Shinobi

Sir, an enemy shinobi going by the name Nanaki, hailing from Sunagakure approached the gates early this afternoon. The enemy was then questioned, however he was uncooperative. He was deemed a threat to the village via sabotage should he be admitted to the village and placed within the prisoner population due to his unknown abilities and intentions. With General Slaanesh making his assault on Sunagakure it was deemed this shinobi should die before he could carry out any devious plots against the village. His head, along with his headband attached, has been placed on a pike along the village walls. His body will be delivered to the hospital for examination, and experimentation to see if it holds any secrets should you wish.
