If the Raikage continued to stand there, holding the vial like a total n00b, Kozan's actions, influenced by the power of Nightblood that had been building for so long, would be to 360noscope the Raikage with his sword, and then take him apart with said sword. Since the Raikage, it seemed, was now a vegetable, he wouldn't be able to react to such a thing.

Of course, if things proceeded as normal, then such actions wouldn't happen.

Akuoy slowly made his way down the winding corridor of steps finally reaching the hidden chamber beneath the kage building."Ah, I'm glad you  decided to join us for the first process of transference." Mortariln would gesture for Kozan to sit in the unoccupied chair,if it was taken the kage would move over to the childs left side. Holding the syringe Mortarion would puncture the males skin injecting the substance into the childs body.(doing this from my xbox so sorry its brief)

At first, Kozan felt.... nothing. Then, intense pain. He gritted his teeth as he sat there in the chair, gripping the arm-rests of the chair until the wood began to creak and crack in places.

Kozan's writer ran out of motivation at this point, as the thread was dragging out for way too long, and the bloodline app didn't have much description as to what happened during the implantation process. At any rate, if, after the injection, the Raikage and his stupid-ass clone were still standing there in a pseudo-stasis like retards, the same thing would happen as stated before, where he noscoperoflstompedrekt them and took some shit and left.

Of course, that would only happen if they were suspended like the Raikage had been FOR TWO TIMES IN A ROW(!).
