Getting more powerful jutsus (Cole)

This guy was even more crazy than he thought. A steam powered road roller wasn't something to be trifled with.

As the road roller descended on him, Kozai's sensories told him everything he needed to know. Speed, weight, force, even the buoyant force of the air on the road roller, not that it really mattered. Agito had once told him that taijutsu was all about the movement of the body, and technique involved. It wasn't all about beating your opponent down, he had said, it was about how you moved. Discipline. Naturally, Kozai had disregarded this advice, and it had turned out pretty well for him. Boundaries in combat did no good. No, Kozai wasn't bounded by any kind of "style". He did whatever it took to plant his fist right through his opponent.
As the road roller got within reach, Kozai smirked. This would be easy. With a swift motion, he began to pummel the descending construction vehicle, his empowered fists turning into a flurry of blows. In the face of this onslaught, the road roller began to crack and crumble, and before it could hit Kozai with its full force, he had already torn through it.
"That's too bad..."
With that finished, Kozai would nod at the ninja remaining there.
"I hope to see you all again soon."
With that, he would perform the ram handseal at maximum speed, flickering away from that area.

Draconis was mad. Really mad. He growled with frustration, his clone dissipating as the attack utterly failed. Speed wise, he could keep up with this fellow, but like with Jason, offense was seriously getting to be an issue. He grumbled, entirely unhappy with the turn of events, watching the other fellow make his exit as promised. Draconis would let him leave, streaking off himself, infuriated that he could not kill this guy even at full power.

He needed power, and he felt that his Byakugan would not be enough. Grrrr. He needed a way to gain more abilities, it looked like this other fellow had plenty. Remembering Mitsui who was able to gain access to new bloodlines he steeled himself. He would use the mystical palm technique to gain access to new abilities.

Concentrating his chakra, he began experimenting on himself, cutting off his hand and trying to use a stronger version of the medical ninjutsu he already knew to fix himself back up.It was a brutal method to be sure but it was the best way to train that he could think of at the moment. He wandered off, cutting himself and then using the Mystical Palm technique to reattach bits of himself. His rage kept him from really feeling any pain, but he was gonna have to find some usable people soon to get some dna from.

Kasai, watching both Draconis and Kozai leave, dissipated the fire around him. He looked lazily from one to the other, watching them go, as the disturbing features on his face receded. He wondered why the world was so full of violence, and why it continued to be. When he had been a student in this land, there had been peace. There had hardly been need for Shinobi, but now... Now it seemed like they were needed more than ever. 

"Come friend," Kasai said to Tatsuya, walking over to him. "Our work here is done."

With that, Kasai would leave, shaking his head. He would have to meet this Hokage, whom ever it was, and see why they had ordered how they did.

Tatsuya nods to Kasai and walks away form the situation. Wile it was clear that Kozai seemed to have made some enemies in the leaf Tatsuya is not convinced that Kozai is an enemy him self. Never the less it seemed that Kasai trusted him so for the moment Tatsuay would too. Leaving the ground Tatsuya returns home.
