Mitsui thought that moving to a major village would be good for his development. He decided that since he failed the mission Kozai gave him, he thought that the moment that Kozai sees Mitsui, Mitsui would not know what killed him. Mitsui would quickly travel to Tengagakure and see what is up for him. (Exit into Tengagakure)
