A sound business solution...

An idea has been brewing in Naoki's mind for quite some time now. He already had drafted a plan, but it would be a major undertaking and after some time he found himself looking for resources, manpower, budget and expertise.
And he found it, all of that he could ask from Sakura Corp if they come to an agreement. Certainly this would be beneficial to them and he would save on expenses among other things.

The man his letter was addressed to was Ganki Sakura, current CEO of the Sakura Corps. Naoki was reluctant to discuss his project through letters, so his sent message contained an invitation to Shimagakure, explaining he would like to offer a joint business venture, also detailing procedures to arrive at the village and signed as Naoki Gekou, current leader of the Islands.
