Once a Loner, perhaps always a Loner

The black haired young Uchiha boy walked casually across the street, looking around the area of Konohagakure most known for meeting up with people. He had no one to meet up with, and currently there was nothing on his to-do list so he just sat, doing nothing.

He inclined his back against the firm, monotonous gray substantially sized wall apart of a ninja tool shop, something that he visited often. Unlike his other times visiting, this time it didn't associate with him running out of kunai knives or any other vital equipment.

Sasuto scoffed in a low tone, watching Genin and Jounin alike pass by, somewhat upset due to the fact that months had gone by without him gaining a team to be on. Although, his training was paying off greatly, that was pretty much the only thing that made him stop dwelling over stupid stuff in times like this.

As too did the jounin appear near an old grey shed of a stand, he steps away with a new set of kunai in hand, which he places in his pouch, which was attached to the back of his waist towards the right. He felt the need to purchase some, a gift for Johnny, should he ask him to train with him once more. Alas, it has been quite some time since he had even seen Johnny. This brought a sense of worry, soon, Samaruo would have to start searching for him himself. He couldn't have left the village, perhaps he was on a mission? No... As his team leader, he would have been alerted of such an assignment beforehand, even before Johnny. For now, he decides to go home, resting his mind on the situation. As he begins to walk, he spots something towards his right side vision, someone who seemed depressed by the look of it.

He looks towards him, his eyes matching his high collared short sleeved shirt, black on black. The Uchiha emblem was planted on the back of his shirt. His thick hair tied in a pony tail, reaching all the way towards his lower back. He also had his dark grey long pants on, with black shinobi sandals. This was his everyday attire. Unless he would go on a mission, in such case he would slip on a sturdy grey flak jacket.

The depressed look caught his attention so much, that he asked the unknown person if he was ok or not. A common curtesy to a fellow villager, "You ok, you don't seem to good", he states with a voice of concern. All villagers should look out for one another, that is how the peace is kept. He stands 3 feet away, awaiting a reply.

Sasuto allows his slightly pale, light vivid blue eyes to transfix the focus of their vision from the gray panneled sidewalk to the fellow clan member before him, although not knowing it, unless he had the Sharingan active. He looks at the man's clothes, recognizing how familiar they are compared to the attire of the generic for Uchiha Clan members such as himself. The somewhat downed look on his face changes to curiousity, a curiousity which then develops into a somewhat defensive, more serious manner as he replies to the inquiry given to him.

"I'm fine."

Sasuto looks the other way, his hair in it's usual style, although it's been awhile since he's gotten a haircut. His bangs reach to the bottom of the chin to his slim, slightly tanned face. The bangs on either side of his head are somewhat thicker than bangs are considered to be, and the rest of his hair is pulled back in a careless, free manner and pointed in the opposite direction in a deep black tone. He wears a long sleeve, black shirt with his uncovered hands in the pockets of bright white, somewhat gray cargo shorts reaching below his knees, and black ninja sandals on his feet.

Despite his age, Sasuto is a lot more serious than he was supposed to be. He isn't one to dwell over what he has and what he hasn't have, because he doesn't have the right to. He has the qualifications to be considered a Chuunin, if not a Jounin as well. His chakra reserves enable him to use A-Rank techniques, making him near on par of your typical Jounin, yet he dwells over the most un-important things that people can do in life. He thinks about Hyuuga, Midori, a girl he fought quite a long time ago, but it seems that with time that has gone by he forgot her face, sadly.




He still remembers that confident, leadership voice of hers, the thing that makes him like her. He stops trancing away from reality, and looks up. During this timeframe, he'd been trying to work on his chakra control, as if it wasn't already proficient.

A quick, yet defensive reply, made Samaruo think that his answer was a bit, contradicting. That was, unless this was his usual demeanor towards everyone, which would make sense since he his duck off from everyone else, seeming hiding from everyone's sight. His head tilts to the side while the other turns awe from his view. Perhaps leaving him alone would be for the best, he thought? Or, take the risk and dig deeper into this, no matter how nosey Samaruo seemed to be. This wasn't the first time Samaruo had dealt with people like this one, standing off to the side alone, giving one or two word answers. He reminded him of his old student, Hideyoshi, after the incident. The feeling of sorrow and lost, he felt this bit, this unwanted feeling. He closes his jet black eyes for just a second, before regaining full composure. The memory of the event still manages to seep out from within. It had taken him quite a while to get over that day, the counseling with the Hokage helped quite a bit.

He takes two steps forward, now placing himself in front of the boy's view once more. His steps muffled by the many passing villagers. By reflex, he reaches for the back of his hair, grabbing the thick hanging pony tail with a slight tug, revealing, if not most of the Uchiha crest unknowingly to his company, should the boy catch the image. With a sigh, he replies afterwards. A slight pause between them took place.

"Well, if you are going through something, not saying that I know you are, you should probably talk to someone that you feel comfortable with." He stands firm, seeing if he could receive more than a two worded answer. He trails off in thought for a moment.

What was strange about this one, was, his chakra. It was pretty high. In fact, he himself didn't even need to feel out for it, no focusing at all. His chakra was very potent indeed. Normally, only shinobi should have chakra levels at this strength, which made I'm wonder. Was this person a shinobi? As to why he just finally caught on to this signature, he doesn't know, perhaps he was too focused on the thought of Johnny to care about it. He didn't see a head band, nor was Samaruo wearing one at the moment. He couldn't place a rank on him accurately, but, if he had to guess, perhaps he was a B class, or a C class shinobi. Then again, there are a lot of gifted people in the Leaf, which was why this village remained as strong as it is.

Sasuto's eyes, normally devoid of emotion showed surprise for once as he saw the Uchiha crest, he figured there was something familiar about this guy, and that seemed to be it. He narrowed his eyes once more, thinking the man wasn't very intelligent if he figured Sasuto had a problem with something. He indeed felt like knowing people around the village, but he was too serious to interact with others. After taking quite the time, he replied to the man's inquiry with a slightly less rude reply.

"I don't have any problems..."

The Uchiha boy looked at the man infront of him out of the corner of his eye. The man reminded him of his older brother, Nakai, a member of the ANBU Blackops, However, he didn't mention it.

He was going nowhere with this, perhaps it was best that he left this guy to his own. He wasn’t giving any welcoming answers, or showing want of him wanting to be here. Noisy types weren’t too popular. “Ok then, I get your point”, he says as he begins to walk away. However, there was just one more thing he wanted to ask him, something that seemed off about this individual. With his first step, he pauses, turning around with one motion all together. His eyes now looking towards his unsociable villager, his glares off to the right slightly before returning his view back upon him. He tries to figure out how to ask him.

“One more thing, before I go. You wouldn’t happen to be a shinobi here, would you? Your chakra is pretty high, I bet you’re a chuunin, aren’t you?”

He wouldn’t be surprised if he said yes, his chakra seemed to teem loudly from his body.

Samaruo returns to as he was, he walks off taking note of the silent one. He was going no where with this. Without a word, he walks off in silence, leaving the other to his own, as he wished.
