Kaede arrived back by boat, as was the norm. He had changed his clothing from thick and warm, to light and amazing, as was the norm. Yes, it seemed the norm was back. Kaede had returned to the islands again, and began acting like nothing had happened at all. The citizens themselves didn't seem to question him, instead just giving the usual smile and wave. Perhaps they had not even noticed his absence. That was likely, he hadn't been gone for all that long had he? Whatever the case Kaede immediately returned to his chambers and began to write some things, as was the norm.
