A corporate gamble

Codex Had been watching throughout the days as people wandered throught the casino; it had witnessed individuals trade away what amounted to junk to the casino in exchange for a small sum of chips, but it had also witnessed individuals walking away with junk still in hand, after all the prices at the tables were expensive enough not all the junk would pay for a table. On top of that it had witnessed individuals from all sorts of lands popping up, which had sparked an idea. Now it stood behind a makeshift stall just outside of the exchange. A large sign proclaiming "We buy your junk for cold hard cash." With a pair of $ symbols on either side of the name. A much smaller sign slightly bellow that one also offered "Discount Travel to the land of Rice, fees paid upon arrival."

Junichiro wondered what it would take to travel to certain lands as he was in a tea country. As a top mercenary, he dreamed of traveling throughout the world. As now, he headed to the market looking to buy certain things. It may seemed a bit off, but he knew the business in this town had good prices. He would notice a sign stating a discount for travel to the land of rice. He was curious to visit this nation, wondering how rice tastes. "Hello, it seems I am interested in your discount travel. I would love to get my hands on it."

Codex smiled politely as an individual stepped forward from the bustling crowd; its first customer and the first was always the hardest. With a smile it was just about to speak; opening up into a pre prepared sales speal when the stranger made the sale for it.  "Hello, it seems I am interested in your discount travel. I would love to get my hands on it." the man said, allowing codex to skip all the pre-amble. "But of course valued customer" It said reaching under the stall to pull out a sheaf of paper that appeared to be a standard safety release form. Simply sign here and we will arrange your perfectly safe instantaneous travel to the land of Rice" It said sliding across what, despite appearance's, was a summoning contract designed to allow codex to summon the signee. “You’ll need to sign it in blood of course” it said, pointing to the location that the individual needed to sign it

Junichiro surrounded himself with a small crowd chasing the same thing. However, thanks to his quickness, he was the first served. It would have been a headache if he was third, or even fourth. He listened to the women who spoke up, advising him what to do. But being first was an achievement for the Hyuga as he stepped up as requested, eyeing the sheet of paper. All he had to do was reach under the water supply, pull out the paper, and sign a standard safety release form. As requested, he needed his blood to sign, he pulled out his samurai sword, as he Would get a little bit of blood. so he signed his name Junichiro Kovac on the paper written in blood.. And now waited for the next possible options.

Codex had to mask the urge to allow a predatory grin to sneak through its mask for a moment as the man finished signing the contract. Sweeping it up in one fluid motion the soul construct tucked the papers away into the sleeve of its outfit, smiling at the man politely as he asked what was next. "Well thats the best part my friend, that is all we require until you arrive, for now sit back, relax, and enjoy the festivities. Your transportation will be delivered within one to five business days." It said with a flourish, presenting the man with a promotional voucher from the casino's bar offering twenty percent off drinks during happy hour. "Here, on the house so to speak, Might i suggest you try 'A Lonely Island Lost in the Middle of a Foggy Sea' its quite a refreshing experience" The construct said before ushering the man along. Once it had finished here it would have its creator teleport it back to the land of rice before fulfilling its end of the contracted bargain.

So, it was complete with the mercenary ready to go, as he would continue with his festival, he was glad.

Unless I'm missing something, there was no blood contract signed. Junichiro signed his name, in presumably ink. I'd suggest you two edit your posts to reflect an actual blood signature.

There was a small stall that collected junk, Chiharu noted, just outside of the exchange. It seemed a busy enough stand, with plenty of people selling things or using the stand’s other service. Chiharu was more interested in selling some of this junk, though. Approaching the stand, and its owner, the magenta haired man took a moment to observe. As always, his Naginata was kept in his hands, and he couldn’t help but size up if the person in front of him was a threat or not. “Hello, I’d like to sell you a few items, if possible.”

codex eyed the new comer up, a smile glinting across its face "by all means what did you have in mind?" it asked looking over the man. In truth it didn't matter what he was offering codex would buy it at this point the time crunch too important to risk haggling on all but the most absurd of markups
