Approved @ Sakuragi except for chakra memorization. You need chakra sensory for that.

@ Takeshi, one one last thing Revolving Heaven costs 2500, you have 2196. I need to know where the rest words came from. Also make sure to link all the techniques you train, please.

Basically remembering someone’s else chakra signature and recognizing it when they are within a hundred meters range of the chakra sensory skill.
