Another good day for learning (open)

Kouichi watched as all the students exited the classroom. He went back to his table and grabbed his school stuff and headed towards the door. "Did I do it wrong?" he thought with the image of the face that Nero made at him. "No. I think I did ok. Oh well, I had better get home before my parents worry about me." He then exited out the door and headed towards the academy grounds. After he entered the main part of town, he smelled something good that distracted him from everything. "What is that?" he thought out loud. He followed his nose and it lead him to a small restaurant stand. "What are you making?" he said.
"Ramen" the cook said over the counter. "It's fresh too!" 
Kouichi thought for a second and really wanted to stop and eat, but his parents were waiting. "Oh well" he said again out loud. "I might as well eat something, I mean it IS fresh." He then sat down and ordered some ramen. After pigging out, he noticed it was getting late. He hurried home hoping he isn't in trouble.
