Electrical problems? (P, NK, Solo)

The chest nut haired Jounin sat alone in her room, rereading her report on Kumo when suddenly the lights went out. The girl rolled her eyes, did the electricity go out again? Groaning, the girl closed the file and left, heading toward the door, it was late, but the teenager was still in her civilian clothes, so she wasn't just going out and walking without clothes on. (Hey, she did it before)

The girl would go to the end of her apartment hall, where the electric breaker was. Opening it, the girl would flip the electric breaker back on and off, and activate her golden eyes. The girl didn't see any chakra going through, (Which was understandable, as the electricity wasn't made through chakra) nor did she see any light coming from the wires behind the breaker. This told the girl 2 things, one, Lightning chakra and normal electricity is two different things, (Which Hikari figured, as lightning moved much faster then chakra lightning did) and that there wasn't any Electricity going through the electrical circuits (The Wires behind the breaker would glow slightly from the energy going through them, and the Akari's golden eyes would of picked up on that.)


That being said, the Chestnut haired girl would sigh, open up the breaker and look at all the wiring behind them. She would reach out her hand and start to infuse the wires with her own chakra, rather then the long strands that she used to do for wind style, the girl would make closer, much more condensed, waves of chakra, transforming her chakra into lightning.

The girl would force the lightning style chakra into the wires and turn force electricity to start back up, turning back all of the lights in the building.

Smiling, the girl would turn to leave, Going back to her apartment, she would continue with her reading for the day.
