Maraan awoke to people screaming and running through the village, he was not aware of what was taking place, but again his home was being raided. First Amegakure and now Kumogakure, was he bad luck? As Maraan left his house he could see that the people had a terrified look as if they had seen ghouls. He took that as a sign to get out, he grabbed his bag full of art supplies and headed into the fray of people until he ended up at the country borders where he presumed he was safe. Today was a faint reminder of why he needed to get strong boosting his determination and taking a piece of him emotionally.

Something exploded outside and the screams of civilians rang through the ears of Parashi, practically throwing him out of his bed. "What's going on?" He thought, moving fast toward his window. Outside, people scrambled and were leaving the village. "So we're under attack." He said, punching through the glass of his window before hopping out. 

Parashi turned left to merge with the mass of running civilians. "Don't mind if I do. This seems like a perfect chance to move about unnoticed." 
He would keep himself out of danger and avoid the attackers before leaving Kumogakure, and traveling to its borders.
