Kalix Learning the Inner Flame Technique (T)

It was time for Kalix to train again. After learning the great fireball technique and difficultly that it took. He decided that now would be a great time for him to learn a basic technique that all fire users should know.
Kalix learned that there was a jutsu that would allow the user to keep himself warm in cold environments. This would be useful to the young Terumi clansmen, because being on an island chain it meant that he could be in the frigid waters of the deeps. Possibly because of an accident or to just do some training. It was cold, and hypothermia was a big deal and constant concern.
The technique was known as inner flame. Kalix never thought much of it before. But after feeling the fire in his blood and the heat within he decided that he needed to master it. Kalix would know that there was only one hand sign to it, and he would be able to master it, ram, very easily. Kalix was not big on hand signs, clearly, and he wanted to just get straight to the action.
Kalix would then go to the beach to train. Taking a bit of time to walk around the village he would take a moment to see how much the area had changed since he was a young boy. The islands were militaristic, the infrastructure was industrial, and the villagers were tense. Everything had changed in a short period of time, right when Kalix thought there might be some relative peace.
Kalix got off to a late start today and he would arrive at this beach a bit before noon. HE would begin by doing some meditation, a way for him to clear his mind for the training to come. HE would then do some slight jogging, giving the ninja an increased heart rate and getting the blood and chakra flowing through his body.
Kalix would stand right next to the water and begin to put up the ram hand sign. HE would focus on having the chakra within him heat up and keep him warm. The first time Kalix did it was the toughest. Kalix over did the heat, and he was extremely warm, he was sweating and he felt as though his insides were on fire. He put his body straight into the water to cool off. His clothes were wet by the waves, but kalix was able to cool off. It was as though his blood was boiling within him, but he felt warm.
Kalix would take a short break to dry off and eat some food before trying again. And about 20 minutes later the ninja would put up his hands again and focus on controlling the flame within his body. AS he did it he felt more in control of the technique, his body felt warm but not unbearable, and for a few minutes he felt as though he was in a desert, and not by the ocean. Kalix had mastered the technique.
