Enjoying a New Day [Open]

Tetsu wasnt having a very good day, considering it was only the Afternoon when he left his house. When he had woken up that day he had stubbed his toe on his door, broke the hot water knob on his shower and then spilled fresh runny eggs on his lap and dropped his toast. It was officially a bad day, but hopefully it would get better. Today Tetsu was out in the shopping area looking at a fresh batch of watermelons. It was a pretty hot day and you could never go wrong with some fresh watermelon and some lemonade on a day such as this.

Draconis was on the prowl. He did not feel comfortobaly as a Hyuuga but he was slowly, unintentionally, letting the alter ego of the Hyena fade from his memory, having forgotten about it for days at a time. For now though, he was working on a new identity, that of the invisible man. His hands weaved signs, and the air around his body began to distort as he began bending the very light itself around him, in an attempt to hide his figure. He walked over to the mirror in the bathroom, but could not see anything, it seemed that the attempt was working, though he certainly needed some practice. He left the bathroom, and walked out of his apartment, looking for some source of amusement to while away the time. He needed to be careful, it was easy to lose concentration and then his body would be visible again.

One person stood out though, one who was a bit younger than himself and dressed oddly enough in black clothing, despite the heat of the day. This fellow looked stressed, and Draconis was curious to see if he would present some form of entertainment. He said “Watch Out!” in a disguised voice, altering his tone to be unrecognizable, and tossed the top water melon on the stand towards the boy, so that he could see it even if the missile was unexpected, it was done slow enough to attract attention and to allow all but the weakest person to grab it. Mean while, he scurried over behind the vendor while everyone would be distracted by the water melon in the air, and slap down the money for the fruit on the vendor’s table, before moving out of the way again. The entire time he had to make sure he did not step on any civilians, getting buried in a huddle of them would not help, funny as the situation might turn out to be.

Salzem was limping through town, cradling his right arm. His "Killer's Instinct" had been unleashed again, forcing him to fight. He had picked a fight with one bully to many, ending in him leaving with a sprained arm. He gritted his teeth as he blindly limped through town, Red eyes looking over his mouth-respirator. He was recovering, fighting for control of his body as he walked. Somehow, he ended up in a market, many people looking at him and his strange appearance. Salzem knew that if he let himself feel anger at their staring, he would end up hurting someone else so he refused to make eye-contact with anyone as he pushed his way through the crowd. He heard commotion up ahead of him. Salzem leaped up atop a roof, getting a good look at where everyone was. Salzem saw something impossible. Somehow, a watermelon flew from one of the merchant's stalls and landed in the hands of a kid. Salzem cocked his head. This was strange. He strangeness of this whole scenario almost made him forget the throbbing pain in his arm. Salzem jumped down from his roof top, making his way toward the stand.

Draconis was getting bored, no reaction from the boy he was watching. Still working on his invisibility, he turned and began walking off. Maybe he would find someone who would prove him or her self to be more amusing than the current specimen. He had seen someone else react, but not his target so he was not very happy. Woe betide anyone who was foolish enough to get into his way. He stopped trying to be invisible, startling many onlookers.
