Plans on the plaza? [IO]

Tatsuya woke up with the sun shining into his room. Looking to the calender he smirked and sighed as he saw the date marked as the day of love. Tatsuya had no girl friend nor immediate family for that matter so there was no point in celebrating Valentines. He could spend time with some friends but they probably had plans and Tatsuya saw them quite a bit.

Wile making breakfast Tatsuya hears a knock on his door. After opening it to Tatsuya's surprise there was no one there, however a pink laced letter layed neatly set on his porch. Picking it up Tatsuya walks back inside to open it and inside it read.

"Dear Tatsuya. Today at 5:00 in the evening there will be a special someone waiting for you near at  the tall fountain in the center of the plaza. Meet her there for a night of fun!" -Cupid "P.S you are the guy so bring money!"


An odd letter an Tatsuya was thinking about discarding it but it was addressed to him and Tatsuya could not help to feel some bit of excitement.

Doing his normal duties around the house Tatsuya will think about the matter all day until the time approaches.

Akki Senju had gotten into some trouble when she returned to her home in the nice Kuoga clan area of Konoha. She had to get up early, train and then had a huge list of chores to do. Getting into trouble sucked! After noticing Valentines day circled on the calendar she rolled her eyes. Apparently her parents were celebrating and it was the twins birthday...yuck...day of love...what is that anyways. Seeing the red roses on the table and the chocolate candy hearts on the table, she began to feel nauseous!
A knock on the door seemed to slightly startle her, and it got her mind off the scene in the kitchen! She opened the dor and found a note attached to it. She noticed it was a lacy pink heart addressed to her!
"Akki,
Today at 5 in the evening there will be a special someone waiting for you a the tall fountain in the plaza. Meet him there for a night of fun!" - Cupid
Snickering at the letter, Akki was wondering who was trying to play matchmaker in Konoha! She only knew two guys, Tatsuya and Koumatsu! So what in the world could this be? Curiously Akki noticed it was about noon and she decided to go with it, its something to do besides stand around and watch her parents kiss or babysit the twins!

Having the day go by with out much happening the time comes where Tatsuya gets ready to go to the plaza. Changing out of his usual clothing into something nicer Tatusya walks out the door. However soon Tatsuya realizes he is not wearing any shoes. Tatsuya had developed a habit for not wearing his shoes because of his a certain skill that he developed but thinking it would be a good idea to have something on his feet Tatusya walks back inside to put on his shoes. Finally getting out the door Tatusya walks briskly to the plaza where he was supposedly going to meet his surprise date.

The plaza was full of energy with couples walking around to the many shops and restaurants full of business. Walking to the place where the card told him to go Tatusya looks to see if the person he was meeting was there/coming.

In her black leggings, long black shirt and black boots, Akki walked up to the fountain. Her long blue hair hanging loose and pulled to the left side she walked up to the fountain holding the lacey heart in her hand and looking around. She noticed Tatsuya and saw all the other people had someone with them, except for him! Could he be...no way!
"Uh, Tatsuya? are you..." Her sentence trailed off as she held up the heart and looked at him, then back at the heart, then back at him.
