The anger of Silver men and Snake men

Okay first off i would like to point out (respectfully) that Kira's ruling is full of holes. If you say that his wording is full of holes and is unclear whether or not the hit could or couldn't go through....why would you rule in his favor instead of making another ruling? Onto the situation at hand however, there are things that were left out of the equation that i will now bring to light. First off is Kiru's reaction to the blade coming out of the ground....you state you saw the "gleam" when 1) you never stated looking down, just noticing it and 2) how can you notice something that isn't gleaming? Unless the moon is shining down on the blade, which is impossible because of you standing right on top of it and secondly it being underground, there wouldn't be a gleam to notice.

Secondly the way you tried to dodge and hit the character in question. I'd like to point out that even if you make the hand seals at a speed, that doesn't make the blade go any slower. Next, i will point out that the blades full length is 25 meters. What does this mean? Even if you send a tendril down it (which you stated as six feet) that blade is still coming up at its full speed. Now the kicker with this is that you are moving backward...taking a step back. Now while you may argue that you are moving faster than the blade itself, you are taking a STEP back not jumping back or dodging, therefore you would be moving at half your speed. Also due to your wording you would be stepping over the blade that was still coming out of the ground. Taking into consideration that you are moving after making the tendril, means that the blade would pierce through you just as you move, killing you in the process...

So all in all you're pretty much dead. Now before you try to call bs and complain, YOUR CHARACTER DOES NOT DIE!! Since you are using a LW ticket you are exempt from your character dying on your first try. Now if you want to argue this more, my inbox is always open, so have fun and have a nice day.
