Mitsui thought about what he would need to do. He thought that he would need to put more chakra into it but that did not seem like it was right since he was supposed to make lightning and instead he would have more chakra into it. Mitsui wondered if he should wrinkle leaves to practice this jutsu. He wondered if he should make a couple shadow clones to help him practice it. Mitsui was slightly puzzled about what to do. He thought about what would be a good practice for this lightning make that he was trying to learn. He thought that maybe limtus papers or leaves would be a good starting point. He also wondered if maybe he could try to cast a lightning jutsu. Mitsui realized though that that would be getting ahead of himself and dismissed the idea. Mitsui wondered about what other things that he could do for practicing lightning. Mitsui was able to get the correct feeling. He knew that the feeling was not supposed to be like what he experienced in the lightning jutsu which was the convulsing shocking experience that went through his shell of rock armor. Mitsui thought that a little tingly and twitchy was much more appropriate. He thought that it might be a good idea to try making lighting and trying to wrinkle leaves. He decided that maybe if he wrinkled the leaves that would be farther but Mitsui realized that the leaf wrinkling exercise was probably not going to get him any farther. Mitsui wondered how he would do this. He thought that maybe, he could try making lightning come out of his body and he would have something that was similar in look to a chidori. He thought that maybe that would be a good jutsu to learn next. He really wondered. The task at hand was to make lightning so he attempted and no lightning came out. He was really wondering what was wrong. He thought about how he made rocks fall off him when he was learning earth element so he thought that maybe, he could try to make lightning that this time may not fall off but it may arc off into a nearby metal object. Mitsui thought that the arc effect was a very interesting phenomenon and that maybe he could replicate it. Mitsui thought about maybe being able to use the lightning jutsu on metal objects. He also realized that he could control the direction of the lightning similar to the direction of the rocks he could make during earth element training. Mitsui thought that maybe with his Earth Grudge Fear would make it easier. Mitsui however has never killed anybody and hates doing it. He has always thought that killing is a terrible thing to do and that he should probably only do that to those who have killed. Mitsui thought that maybe he was getting off topic. Mitsui was probably standing there for about 3 minutes but this went by so fast. Mitsui thought about what he would need to do now though. Mitsui thought that if he tried making lightning a little bit of chakra at a time that he probably would not need to do a lot of effort into it and he also is likely to not need to do so much work for it. He also thought that if he could concentrate on one small bit of lightning that, he would possible be able to learn it faster. Mitsui thought that he should practice on a little bit of lightning for practice. Mitsui decided to try making lightning again in small quantities for the ease of doing so. Mitsui would then spend the next 5 minutes trying to make tiny quantities of lightning. He would try and try and eventually, he would manage to make the tiny quantities. Mitsui had to put all his concentration to do these tiny bits. Mitsui thought that it would probably be really hard to try to make this work for larger amounts but he thought that he should try anyway. Mitsui quickly attempted the larger pieces of chakra and slowly but surely he was able to increase the chakra he could make for lightning. Mitsui wondered how much he should be able to make when he saw another person practicing lightning jutsu and it was way more than Mitsui thought it would be. Mitsui wondered how he would get that much. Mitsui wondered what that would look like. Mitsui was imagining him doing advanced jutsu like the false darkness and stuff like that with his new chakra nature. He wondered what else he may be able to do with it. The flying thunder god and the lighting armor were amazing jutsus and he thought that maybe with his new chakra nature he could do it. Mitsui tried making a huge amount of chakra become lightning and managed to do that.

[Invoking 48 hour rule] Mitsui decided to leave to do other things, he had a lot of fun but thought that now it was time to leave. He waved good bye and started walking back to his apartment, he was now interested in signing a contract.

After not getting a response from his temporary student, Mugen merely shrugged and returned to his own small task. If he wasn't speaking, that meant he was doing okay so far, and that was certainly a good thing. One more time, he formed the necessary hand seals. Dragon → Tiger → Hare. His head turned to face the opposite direction of Mitsui, and that was when he repeated the same process from before. The boy transformed his chakra into water, then transferred it to his mouth. Yet another stream managed to escape, this one reaching much more distance than the first attempt. Now it got up to around...say, five meters. ...That still wasn't enough. It wasn't even close to enough, all he managed to do was make a two meters difference. He needed to try harder.

Though, once he was going to go through the same process, again, he noticed Mitsui wave to him. Apparently, the older ninja was leaving. Perhaps he had other matters to attend, more important matters. Mugen simply returned the wave and watched the man leave, soon realizing he had the training grounds to himself. He could stay and continue practicing his jutsu...or, merely go the library and soak up some more information. To be honest, the latter sounded more interesting, in his opinion. It was strange, he never used to think about visiting the library so often...but, he couldn't resist the plethora of information located there. The boy sighed before shoving his hands into a set of warm pockets. Then, he proceeded to exit the training grounds, ready to drown himself in a mountain of books on jutsu.

Maybe, with a bit of bribery, he'd be able to just take a book and keep it for himself? It's a possibility...
