Find Denkiteki [A-Rank, Chuunin+, open.]

Letters are sent out to shinobi of the rank of Chuunin+, Viper has decided to mobilize his troops, he cannot search the entire world by himself, he has felt Asgard begin to drain him of late when he uses it to mass travel so he needs to now depend on his people. The Hokage waits within his chambers, sitting behind his desk. His garb being that of the Hokage uniform overlaying his Uchiha one, today he acts as the Hokage and thus should look the part. He is looking through the files of all those Chuunin+ on his desk to see all who would be qualified for this mission.

A figure thrusted himself deep into the ground, traveling far beyond the sensory detection beneath the ground. He sensed out Viper's chakra, as it was intense as fuck. A sneer formed upon his lips as he drilled throughout the underground with the Hiding Like a Mole Technique. The individual progressed til he could sense that he was far below Viper's position, postured in the Hokage's chair. His red eyes shined bright within the darkness of the underground. He traveled upright at intense speeds, then rested, with the wooden floor just above his head. The male wrapped his left, gloved hand around his right wrist, clenching his teeth and closing his eyes. It was time for him to take out a fellow Uchiha he held close, even though he had never met him.

He weaved a single handsign, producing a Lightning Shadow Clone at his side. Attaching an explosive note to it's knee, he then proceeded to allow a white ish blue chakra to focus around it's hand in the form of a rippling sphere. Tendrils of electricity pulsated around the sphere. The sound of chirps would resonate, being heard as a vibration beneath the chair, and a dull hum from below. In a matter of seconds, a bright blue shining figure emerged from the rubble of wooden tiles. Shrapnel's of oak wood shot everywhere, as dust consumed the area. It's pulsating maroon eyes, full of madness and hatred consumed every bit of it's soul. The chirping noise was the only thing able to be heard in this slow moving moment. Everything had seemed to freeze right there, as if he truly was not about to attempt to slain a self proclaimed God.

The spear-like aura of electricity aimed directly for the heart. Isshin awaited in hiding, waiting to form the Tiger handsign. If all would go well, Viper would not only be stabbed in the heart, but have to deal with taking damage from an explosive note, as well as the dispersing of a Lightning Shadow Clone, which would cause a massive detonation of lightning.
