Hail to the Victors {P}

Gathering his strength, Hirako sat up in his bed and with a bit of effort stood up. Gathering his things the newly christened chuunin went on his way. However, before leaving he said his farewells to the ever arrogant Gilgamesh, "Well, I must be off. Next time we meet on the field of battle I assure you that I won't be the one to fall." With that bit of banter the young Aburame went on his way with a clean long series of strides that carried him, and his puppet, out into the sun bleached streets of Sunagakure.

Listening to Hirako's joke, he laughed somewhat. It was nice that mongrels were capable of retaining their humour, even after a defeat. He waited in his throne of uncomfortable pillows a while longer before he decided it was his time to leave.
