Letter to The Hokage

Mangetsu had decided to travel. For his first stop he decided to check out the village of konoha. He knew that the only way he could was to write the Hokage a lettter.

Lord Hokage,
I am writing to ask you today if I would be able to visit the Village of Konoha. I am interested in learning about other villlages and I wanted my first stop to be your Village. I would only be there a couple of weeks and would follow any rules and regulations of your Village.

He quickly sent the letter out hoping to hear back from the Hokage soon. Mangetsu was hoping he would say yes. He felt that learning about the other villages would be an advantage for any shinobis future and for the purpose of education. Mangetsu quickly turned back into his puddle and and wandered out to find some food.

The letter soon arrives in Konohagakure no Sato, the messenger hawk marked with the Kirigakure no sato insignia swoops in through the open office window only to perch itself upon a horizontal stand Viper has set up for such occasions.
The acting Viper turns to the hawk only to take the letter from it and read over it, relations with the sky nation, and more over Kirigakure no Sato are very tense at the moment, the options are weighed and one of the better options is to allow the man passage in to his borders, perhaps with the door of peace opened wider relations can better develop.

The clone causes the letter and a spare scroll to vanish in a flash of crimson, the letter and the spare scroll is reviewed by the original within his world, a letter is written back in crimson ink looking as if the note was written in blood.


Dear Mangetsu Hozuki,

Entry in to Konohagakure no Sato will be allowed, to ensure safe passage you will take this scroll to the borders of the fire nation where you will be met by an ANBU black ops member. The ANBU member will be your escort to Konohagakure no Sato, and also your escort during your time in the village.

With this the real Viper forms but another monitor willing the boy on to the screen, viewing him still to be in Kirigakure no Sato the scroll he wrote the letter in vanishes in a crimson flash only to land besides the boys puddle.
