Leji seeing Arashi disappear , goes to follow but really didn't wanna use Chakra .

He quickly created the handseals in a blink of an eye ,
Arashi ...... Ganki ..... Arashi ,
"I forgot to tell you two , I was doing my spying and there gonna Desides the new Raikage sooner then we thought."

When Ganki saw both of them disappear, Ganki was about to use his (Shunshin no Jutsu) just like evens asked. But, just before Ganki used his jutsu he turned to the villagers and look at them one last time. It was then Ganki made a promise to himself that he would become stronger to make sure that a event like this never happens again. Ganki then developed a dark hatred towards thje people who did this and would make them pay whe he got strongers, it was almost like ganki developed a need for power.

Ganki then used his body flicker jutsu to go the Evens and leji, When he got there he stood next to them and waited for someone to decided the next course of action.

Leji focus telling the two Genin on what he heard . Then out of nowhere he hears the loud voice of a Man . "Listen Kumogakure the new Raikage has been announced." the Man cries .
Leji looks towards the source of the noise , as hesee's instead of a man , a Boy around his age , wearing the Raikage's Hat and Uniform . "Is that ....." Leji stares trying to get a great view on the character ontop of the tall building . The man continues to cry waiting for the kumogakure Shinobi to gather to the center of the village . "Arashi , Ganki let's go!.."
