Nokino arrived to the Hokage headquarters in response to the official letter she received from the head of the hidden leaf, dressed as straight as possible, her black body suit perfectly organized and folded, her green flak vest well placed and tied up, her iconic red sleeves with flames on it addorning her arms, and her ever-lit cigarette fixed to the corner of her mouth. She was anxious, as the Hokage was known to be a serious man, one you do not mess with, and one you wanna be sure to not waste his time. But this was different. Nokino had send scrolls previously, suggesting her desire to take over the school program and academy, even if she was young, as its head, to infuse the youth with a actual and vibrant energy of learning, as well as a new program, more hard and more tailored to create future generations of shinobi that the curent Kage could trust, as well as competent enough to survive the harsh reality of the ninja world. 

This program apparently pleased and intrigued the leader, as he summoned to a meeting the kunoichi, discussing said program as well as her potentially taking upon herself the role of Head of Academy and reformist of the school program, essentially being responsible for its entirety under the rule of the Hokage. Passing the doors, Nokino finally reached the office of the Demon Kage himself, and knocked by politeness, waiting for the signal to enter.

As she entered, she presented herself, doing a low bow before the man. ''Lord Hokage. I'm Nokino, the trainer that wrote to you about a school reform and my candidature for Head of the Academy and learning. I wish today to present my plans for it to you sir, and discuss reforms tailored to both our criteras, as well as the candidature for this very role!'' said Nokino with enthousiasm, but also stoicism, like she was in the army talking to her general.
